I love this Great Clips! The wait times are always short, the staff are kind, and they are always affordable. They do great kids hair cuts, listen to what my children want, and are patient with them. I've been taking the kids here for years and I am always satisfied.

I used to pay an exorbitant amount for my curly hair cuts. My mom however, always got her hair cuts quite happily at this Great Clips location. Seeing my mom’s beautiful locks inspired me to give this Great Clips a go and forfeit my fear of my curly, thick hair, being cut by someone without enough expertise. The result here is that I am impressed! I’ve been in a few times in recent months, and I love the work they do. I’ve had two stylists work with my hair so far, and they haven’t let me down. Cost effective and good cuts, I’m a happy customer!

I've been getting the same haircut with great clips for 12 years. It's on the ticket that gets printed, super easy all good, never had any issues. I don't know what the stylist did differently today but I got home and it's the best my hair has ever looked! The service and care she took was amazing. I wish I would have got her name to give her some recognition here. But for the quality and price great clips can't be beat.

It was my first time in great clips, and gave it a try since I was in a rush and you can just walk in. My hair stylist was Nicole, I showed her the style I wanted and she said she could do it. I have a very long hair, I specifically told her to just style it maybe cut 2 or 3 inches but she did more. In the end I was very disappointed, I even told her that it was very uneven in the end too so she cut my hair shorter. I went home and my husband was shocked to see me, he said that my haircut was horrible and I said the same. I cried, and even call the place to tell them that I have a horrible hair cut they offer to fix it but I told them that I will just go somewhere else and I need my refund. Finally went back to the place, I explained it to them the manager or the one in charge (Tamara) said they just need to curl my hair to achieve the look. And the lady who cut my hair laughed (Nicole). They didn’t apologized at all, I was devastated and just received the worst customer service and hair cut in my life. I work in hospital industry, and this is wrong. You guys should close your business, if your staff treat your customer like this. I don’t recommend this place.

It was less than desirable. They had the aumitagated presumptuous gall to get my name and contact info then the stylist rudely dismissed me by saying that just by looking at my hair I didn't meet all of the parameters for donating virgin hair in exchange for a free haircut which I very well did after I had called ahead and they made me wait in line for a few minutes. As I was walking out the door the hair stylist sniggered making me feel even worse about myself!!! I will be avoiding that area all together and I suggest the greater population of Denver does the same!!!

Awful hair stylists for men's haircuts. They don't ask questions and will just cut despite what you wanted and call it a day. Extremely uneven, no time with it, and no pride in their craft - just trying to churn you in and out. I had to just go home and cut my own hair so it didn't look atrocious going into public. Go anywhere else but here.

We have been taking our son here for his cuts for a while and he is always happy. He also has a cowlick and has seen every stylist they have. Always friendly staff.

Been going to the same stylist at this location for a few years now. Most of the stylist are good enough, but Sheree (apologies if I misspelled) is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! *** The only stylist to avoid is the lady that’s at the front most chair on the left. She has cut my hair three times and her scissors & clippers are so dull. It feels like she’s ripping the hair out of my head. I end up with bruises on my neck and it pretty horrible experience.

Great people work here! My relative has been going to this location as the other place on Ilff treated her poorly a number of times. Jordan is amazing! She listened to what she wanted and delivered an amazing haircut. We will always go here and have Jordan do her hair. If you want to have a great experience and feel and look great see Jordan! You won't be disappointed.

Started going to this location after my previous location at Chambers and Parker closed. Jacielee has cut my hair every time and it has always turned out perfect. I would definitely recommend this location and Jacielee

Took my girls there for a bob cut came home cleaned up went to brush and dry my daughters hair and her hair was all choppy and uneven. When I took her back my daughter was scared for them to fix it so I asked for my money back and they wouldn't do do it. So I took her somewhere new and they fixed it but had to dish out more money
