My son’s hair dresser was patient and accommodating to his requests. I was very pleasantly surprised with the professional and friendly attitude. I appreciate all the ladies that cut hair there, it’s always been a great experience for my boys ages 10 and 12 with long hair. Thank you!!

Went in to have my hair texturized and came out with 2.5 inches off my length. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR Can’t even put it in a pony or style it like normal now Had to go somewhere else and get it recut and shortened because it was so uneven and horrible

These hair stylists messed up my child hair. They attempted to cut my daughter’s bangs, and they turned out lopsided and not straight. I can cut better hair with my eyes closed. You can’t even call them hairstylists, looks like a toddler cut her hair.

This location has become my "usual" haircut place. The staff is courteous and I am out of there within just a few minutes with a great haircut and thanks to the Great Clips app's check-in system. Thank you!!

Very rude employees. They don't listen to you, just rush you in and out. Will never go here again. Go to the one on smoky hill road.

Worst haircut ever. Hair is uneven I have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed. From the time I sat in the chair till the time I paid was only 7 minutes. The stylist forgot to cut one side of my face frame I had to remind her, she forgot to trim my layers I had to remind her and she never had me tilt my head down to make sure the length was even which it definitely was not even.

I’ve been going to Great Clips in the Southlands mall for quite some time and I’m very happy with the consistent quality haircut I get each and every time. Yvette has been cutting my hair and does an excellent job. She takes her time, listens to what I want and gives me the results I’m looking for. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

So I had a stylist named Reyna and specifically asked for a bald fade with the foil buzzer and was told yes before I sat down. She also told me she was the only one there who could do razor fades, and I saw her little razor thing to do that. So I was like perfect. This saves me time to go to Denver to my usual barber. When it got to the end to do the foil or razor, she told me it wouldn't go any shorter than that and wouldn't do it. They were busy, so she just wanted to get me out to make more money. But flat out lied that it wouldn't go shorter when I've been getting my haircut that way for a long time So I actually liked the haircut and said whatever I'll do the razor at home Bottom line she lied about it not being able to go shorter and she's a very rude lady. I went back there the other day when it was slower figured she would do it then. She told me no when I went back to get it cut. So I just walked out, and she was also very rude to the new guy working the counter. He asked a simple question about how to do something on the computer, and she acted all bothered by him for a simple question. She should not be working for a great company like Great Clips

So my girlfriend asked for a clean up cut of her ends and the lady cut off at least 4 inches. Also, her hair smelled like smoke from the lady's fingers being rubbed into her hair. Gross. Wash your dirty fingers before touching someone's hair.

Some Good some very bad. Depends on the ones that listen and translate the communication into a nice haircut. Their stylist need more training on using a razor for cuts. Also they need people to work in the front so stylist can do their job, so they have time to do a good job. Some go to fast and chop instead of taking care of the clients' true needs or desire. Welcome to overpopulation and high demand.. they try. Here are pictures where they took out half my bangs. Then where they shaved the back f my head instead of shape point cut and style 🥺 lastley a good cut ✂️ the consistency is not great for me so it's a struggle. I have paid a lot out of pocket for redos. The DM does not advocate for clients at all. It's all at your own risk. They are convenient for me so I use them if needed.

hair stylist tried to give me unsolicited medical advice and then proceeds to not believe my medical condition and then feels my lymph nodes very awkward and i didn't like the way she made me feel about myself. i was gaslighted and made to feel self conscious

I recently moved to the Aurora area and visited the Southlands Great Clips. I am a longtime customer of Great Clips. The name of the Stylist that cut my hair was Rena. She did an excellant job and she treated me in a very friendly and professional manner. I plan to return to this store in the future.
