Businesses such as Great Clip should understand that customer satisfaction goes far beyond a simple transaction. The style I requested, the lady did not know how to make and after some cutting I got the point that she cannot makes it. After the hair cut I want to shave it completely.

Let me just say I have been to 7 to 9 different places over the past 3 years both Great clips style and high-end professional. No one has been able to achieve the haircut exactly the way I imagined it until this place. They did such an amazing job. come one come all

My son and I had our haircut today and we both had horrible experiences from two separate women who had no idea what they were doing. The one woman was dirty had food in her hand when I walked in and didn’t wash her hands before she touched my hair. She didn’t even wet my hair properly nor did she even cut it correctly, and when I asked why she was cutting my hair in part, she said she knew what she was doing. She did not. The other woman could not give my son a buzz cut with a fade. Very disappointed will not be returning complete waste of money I didn’t even wanna leave a tip , disgusting service rude, and couldn’t even do a basic trim. I’m so angry such a waste of time and money.

Normally, a hairstylist will put my hair up in clips so they can do my around under my long hair. I told her I wanted a 2. She kept going with flipping my hair back and forth to get it away from where she was cutting. She shaves 5 pieces of my long hair with it. Did a horrible job in the back of my hair. I had horrible time trusting in hairstylist, and I went there before having an amazing time. I had Charles, and he did a fantastic job. He listened to me and what i wanted. If i come back, I will ask for Charles again. Now I am not so sure and it's 2 weeks before my birthday.

Absolutely love my new haircut!! My stylist did an amazing job! Super quick visit!. Update: Went back again and Jayce did a FANTASTIC job!! She was quick, but very good! Also, super fun to talk with!!! And love that they accept coupons!

Brenda cut my blind sons hair. Since he cannot see he likes being told what they're doing before they do it, she was friendly and worked well with him and the cut was good. Thanks Brenda!

Charles did an excellent job on my haircut. I went in having no idea what I wanted and he fixed me right up. Easily the best haircut I’ve ever received, and he went above and beyond to show me and make sure i was happy with it! Super kind folks!

Did the get in line feature on their website so had no wait coming in. Stylist Monica was great. She did exactly what I asked for on my wavy textured hair.

Jayce is absolutely amazing! My daughter loves her hair cut and Jayce was so awesome with my daughter and she is a very hard worker she was super busy but still took her time with us. I appreciate her very much!

lady had an aggressive attitude and just argued. didnt do a good job anyway even after she kept interogating when it was a really simple cut, and said shed "been doing it for 15 years". i tipped anyway cause they make minimum wage but idk she had glasses i wont have her cut my hair again, sorry lady

I have long hair and asked for a simple trim. No layers or anything. Suzanne cut my hair completely crooked, with one side longer than the other. Do not recommend.

Jayce did an amazing job on my son’s haircut, and knew just how to relate to him to find out what he was wanting.
