It was my first experience getting a haircut by a professional, and it turned out great! I went for a long sort of wolfcut with curtain bangs, and my stylist listened to me and took their time with my cut and made sure it was what I wanted. They were also really nice. I believe their name was Naomi. They did a really good job, and it's literally exactly what I wanted without sacrificing length! (Which was a key part i was worried about) ☺️ least to say, im very happy with the final result.

Took my 2 year old son and myself to get hair cuts. Just wanted to get my hair evened out from a bad haircut before. She barely cut anything off, and when I told her it looked the same, she said it's not her fault. She also charged me $20 for a toddler haircut that took 5 minutes. I got upset when I didn't tip her enough. I will never go there again.

Went in to get my son’s hair cut. He has really curly hair and it’s hard to cut for most stylists. Fortunately he got Karen as a stylist who has a son with curly hair and she did a great job. Definitely recommend Karen for curly hair. Don’t expect an over the top bubbly personality, but she warms up if you talk to her.

Went here on March 19 around 9:45. I needed to get my layers trimmed and it turned into a hack job. On top of that the lady cutting my hair kept sniffling like she had a runny nose. Gross. Next time I'll spend the money and go where there are actual professional hair stylists.

I took my elderly dad to this particular Great Clips on May 9th between 500-5:30pm. The hairdresser was very rude. My dad asked to use scissors first. She didn't even show him the back side with the mirror at the end. When I asked her to use clippers on the edges as it didn't look good, she rudely said she could charge us twice since my dad asked us to use scissors first. At checkout, I told her this is the worst customer service I've ever received, she said "Well, too bad!". You can go to this place if you want your blood pressure to rise and feel sick to your stomach, because that’s how I felt.

The worst hair cut I’ve ever had. Came in with a comb over with a part on my left side of my head and she completely forgot and gave the wrong hair cut when I asked what are you doing she said oh your head will round it and she said it looked fine. Never again. Go get your hair cuts messed up for free better then paying for it

Wasn’t very happy after I got my hair cut . I go in for a buzz cut I want it bald but some how I come out with long strands of hair around my head and had to go spend another 25$ to get it fixed. Not very happy, the other locations are way better.

I just left this location and had the worst interaction I have ever had. I went in at ten am on Saturday the 23rd of September. The person that treated me so awful was named Christy. When I sat in the chair, she just kept telling me to sit back further in the chair and put my shoulders back. Because of the way my back is shaped I was not able to accommodate her request. She put the wrap around my neck on way too tight. Christy said I had to keep it on for health reasons. I told Christy how I wanted my hair cut, and I could tell that this was bothering her. I asked her why this was, she said because she knew how to do her job and that I had been condescending to her ever since I sat down. The main reason I went in was my bangs had been cut way too short on only one side. At the end of her cutting my hair my bangs were still crooked. I asked if she was going to even them out? Her response was "you want me to cut them that short". This was the purpose of getting my hair cut. I also told her that at my age, 60, I know how I want my hair cut. I told her I wanted my bangs texturized. Instead, she did this to the back of my head and not to my bangs. When I got home and called the location and asked to speak with the manager, I could hear them laughing and stating that yes, that this was me on the phone, very unprofessional. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

The lady cutting my hair decided to shave the front of my hairline down to nothing without my permission. I called corporate to discuss options and was told I would receive a call from the owner. It’s been 5 days with nothing. Don’t go here!
