Miss Andrea Jones cut my hair and did a fantastic job. She was extremely efficient (I was in and out in less than 15 minutes) and very knowledgeable in haircutting. I would definitely visit again.

I been cutting my hair hear from last year.i love the people cut my hair. But today i cut my hair with guy and it was unprofessional. I did not even like it i was so pissed off from inside.for me my hair is every thing.i still i payed him tips.but i am not sure if i visiting great clips again or no. I dont know what to say 😔

Really simple and easy check in process, Andrea cut my hair and she was super friendly and ensured the haircut you got was what you wanted. Prices are also really cheap for a good cut.

Today I went to this salon for a haircut. My expectations were high since the reviews are overwhelmingly positive and the rating is a perfect 5. However, the reality was far from my expectations. The haircut I received was mediocre, and it was not what I had requested. My hairstyle now looks as if I came from a distant village. The hair on the sides sticks out, even though I specifically asked the barber to use clippers there and ensure the hair was short. I also mentioned that every person’s head shape is unique and asked the barber to consider that when cutting my hair. Instead, the result is a potato-like head with a short wig. The haircut was done by default, with no style or professional perspective applied. When I inquired if they wash the hair after the cut, I was told it costs $10. I must be missing something, because I cannot understand why it costs that much. Next time, I would rather go to a different salon, pay an additional $20-25, and be happy with my haircut.

Very hit and miss, sometimes they are able to do what you want them to, sometimes it’s absolutely miserable, last haircut I got was good and the next barber apparently followed the “notes” and did something completely different. Will think 10 times before coming again.

Tanisha was super friendly and amazing at what she does! She noticed the uneven haircut I had gotten earlier from some other place, corrected it, gave hair products suggestions, and was a good company overall. Happy to have found this place!

My hair died a slow and painful death at this location. Even after explaining very carefully how I like my hair cut, it was cut so poorly I couldn’t hardly comb it for a month afterwards. If you’ve been on a deserted island for several years, or it’s the first time you’ve ever had a haircut in your life, it might be a “Great Clip.” But not for me. After going around with the owner requesting a refund, and being lead to believe I would get one, I was told she doesn’t give refunds, and that I could come in, and have my hair fixed. I just want my $20 back. I’d consider dreadlocks before I’d have my haircut at this (or any) Great Clips location again. Not the first bad haircut from this franchise, but certainly the last.
