Friendly but lady didn’t seem to care about giving a good haircut. Didn’t wet hair or comb anything to make sure anything was even and balanced. Won’t be going here again if this is their service quality, or maybe it was the worker.

My son has special needs and has a hard time getting his haircut. This definitely was not met with patience and understanding. Definitely not a very accommodating space for those who are different

Really friendly stylists who do a great job! Even though they were super busy they took time to understand what the client wanted. Definitely worth the trip.

Some are good others not. Friends get coupons I never do, I asked to be put on a mailing list. Haircuts are too expensive now without one plus adding tip. I am 64 retired on a fixed income.i paid their price. Too much for the chance for a good cut.

Honestly this establishment deserves no stars. It’s already risky to go for just a trim I wouldn’t trust any of them to actually be able to do styles or for you to get what you showed them. If you wanna leave disappointed this is the perfect place for you. Save your money and go somewhere else!!

Took my grandbaby today for a haircut as she is planning on having photos this weekend. She wanted the front framed around her face. They litterly cut it straight cross and on one side it looked like they went down an inch and made a straight cut and then the rest of the hair went to her shoulder the other side was a little framed but went down to about her chin. They girl said it was the scissors, she told me the part wasn’t even and she was scared to part it even, then she said there was more hair on that side ( probably because she didn’t part it 🤦🏽‍♀️), she then said the texture was different on one side than the other. And then another girl comes like she’s going to fix it but looks just as bad only shorter and makes an excuse then walks away. Instead of saying sorry here’s your money back we don’t know how to cut hair. They just kept chopping away at my grandbabies hair until it was too late to even be able to give her what she really wanted. I had to take my grandbaby to a professional and pay to get it fixed as best the could after Great Clips screwed it up 😡 I would rate them a zero if possible

We went in for my teenage son's haircut. As soon as we entered we were greeted by Shawn and even though they were busy, we waited less than 10 minutes. All of the stylists were chatty and included everyone in the conversation, so I never felt like I was eavesdropping on their gossip. (We've had that at so many other places and it always makes me feel uncomfortable.) Emily did my son's cut- she understood what he wanted and was able to quickly and precisely give him exactly that. She then taught him how to easily style his hair- which will make mornings much easier! Even the cost was great! We will absolutely be back to see Emily and the crew there!

great place to go if you are on a time constraint and need a quick haircut. Had a wedding that I needed to go to, and Suzie (I believe that was her name!) was quick and clean with my relatively complicated hair. I got a few compliments on it and will make sure I come back soon!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The stylist butchered my hair and claimed this is what I wanted. The first photo is the length I had this morning. Second is the length I asked for. The third and fourth photos are how my hair got butchered. The moment I got out of the building and in my car, I started balling my eyes out. I called my mother, and she described my crying as intense as losing a loved one. I told the stylist that I liked it. That was a lie. The stylist was talking to her peers and hardly looking at my hair the entire time. One of her peers even asked me why I wanted my hair so short. I replied, "I didn't. All I wanted was 1-2 inches cut off as I have sensory problems with my hair touching my back. " After my reply, the stylist then commented, "This is mid neck length, like you asked." This is not mid neck length. The front hardly reaches my chin, and my back hardly touches my neck. I am ashamed to even go to work tomorrow due to my hair. It hardly sits right in my visor. The cut is so uneven, with long hairs mixed in the short ones. DO NOT COME HERE Don't go through the pain(mental) I am still going through.

This location has slowly been declining for the past few years. They can't keep employees nor management. The check-in time is never correct. Waited over 40 minutes longer than the original check in time provided before getting called up for a haircut. Not to mention the haircuts prices have increased exponentially the last couple of years despite the haircuts getting worse. I would suggest a different location.
