If you are looking for keratin services, this is your place! I have tried many salons around Chicago with varying degrees of disappointment. These guys know what they are doing. Mamound spent 4 hours carefully sealing the keratin in my hair--and my hair sits just below the shoulder. They are meticulous and patient, which is what you need for keratin to really work.

This is the BEST salon i’ve ever been to. I’m here to say that the owner of this salon is amazing. He took time to make me happy. He was not rushing me like the other places i have been before. He made sure I left his salon happy and I was comfortable during my appointment. Great place, great people, great experience. Definitely going back soon!!! :) THANK YOU.

They’re amazing. Nothing beats their work. They’re kind and so hospitable. I got a bad haircut right before my wedding and they went above and beyond to fix my hair. Even stayed late after hours. My hair has never looked its best since coming here. Big thanks to Eyad his employee!

Did a blowout with this salon Friday, they were very well rated online so this is why I booked with them but only 3 stars because my hair stylist spoke barley 2 words to me, and was very rough with my hair. Also today I see lots of breakage…but I was impressed with the final style just wish more heat protectant was used (I’m not sure I seen him use any actually) I did see the owner show him the protectant but I never seen him actually pick the bottle up and use it and it’s really been bothering me ever since. It was a very good looking salon the owner was very nice and probably would’ve been nicer and caring with my hair but that’s besides the point because he wasn’t the one who did it. I’m not rating this as a overall rating because I have yet to sit in the chair with the owner himself, this was just a rating on the stylist I had during my experience.

Eyad cut my hair- he is definitely an expert in his craft. He did exactly what I wanted and asked questions throughout. I was offered water and coffee. The stylist did a great job too. He was very thorough. My only issue was the chairs were uncomfortable as I am a plus size woman with a big butt. The chairs did not have an opening like a lot of salon chairs do. If I were a smaller person, I would definitely come back again.

I’ve found my new home for my hair needs! Iyad has been taken care of my hair needs since 2020.. Hair coloring , blowouts and head massages are phenomenal.. I always feel so pampered. Iyad is truly talented. He listens respectfully and uses his exceptional skills to deliver top-notch quality… finding someone who can do a great job on Hair and remain consistent is pretty rare …I highly recommend him and his team for all your hair needs…

I was here In Illinois visiting and I have been battling lung cancer, I was experiencing a lot of hair loss and I walked in to ask if I need an appointment I was considering shaving my hair as I just had 6 inches cut off a few days ago and still did not help the hair loss. I explained to Eyad what I was dealing with and he was the absolute kindest and compassionate. He offered to shave it immediately and offered me a wig to leave with. It was very overwhelming for me and he made me feel so calm. I have never met someone so selfless and and caring. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Eyad. I will never forget you. ♥️♥️

Was looking for a salon close by that could do a modern cut for my young daughter, and fix the bad cut she currently had. Eyad got us in the same day, totally fixed her bad cut, and even popped in some color for her. My daughter was so happy and he did a great job. Very friendly and felt at ease. We will definitely be going back.

10 Stars!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I called late afternoon on Saturday needing a Partial Highlight, all over color, cut and also a haircut for my 12 year old son. They got us in by 5:30 pm that same day.. the salon was clean and well kept, everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the owner of the salon did an amazing job on mine and my son's hair. This will be my go to spot from now on. Thank you, I love my hair❤️

Eyad is beyond amazing, extremely patience, VERY Understanding, my daughter 9 years old has long curly hair and he did such an Amazing hair cut for her hair, she never cut her hair before since she was born and he did such an Fantastic job for her. Eyad is the best hair extension specialist in Chicago that I’ve found after 20 years here. He is so skilled and talented with old school techniques and new techniques. He listens and understands everything you ask for and is beyond kind and friendly and professional. Instant friend and new stylist after 1 visit. Pictures don’t do the hair justice but that was right after I got a partial and extensions moved up

I came across this salon while searching for a hair salon that specifically caters to African-American hair. Based on the reviews, there wasn't a single negative review about them. When I called to book an appointment, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they could schedule my appointment over the phone. I had an amazing experience on my first visit to this place. Nihada did a great job with my hair and recommended trimming my ends, without overdoing it. There was no wait time and I was in and out quickly. I even got to meet the very nice owner. I love their appointment system and the fact that they accept card payments. I will be coming back here.

My hair has looked the best it has ever looked in years since I walked into Gravity Salon 3 years ago and met Eyad. I have been coming back religiously ever since. He is one of the kindest and most accommodating people you will ever meet. He works true magic and miracles in everything he does. He is truly a gifted artist of his craft. I came here for the first time just for a simple hair trim, which Eyad did perfectly. But first he washed my hair and massaged my head which felt so nice! When it came time to pay, I realized my debit card wasn't in my wallet and I was $5 short of what I owed with cash. I said I'll have to call my mom to bring me some cash, Eyad was so kind and told me to not worry about it! (Later I found out I left my debit card in one of my work uniforms after getting gas during the week.) I will be back for sure, Eyad is a great hair stylist and makes you feel comfortable!

asked for a trendy, voluminous haircut with lots of layers and got EXACTLY what I wanted, the male hair stylist worked on me and did an amazing job ! Would definitely recommend!!
