I am a handicapped individual. I park in the handicapped spot with my decal on my vehicle in front of this business… and what did the OWNER (per the cops words) decide to do? call the cops on me for parking in a handicap claiming i was not in fact disabled. I showed the cop my registration for my handicapped decal along with my license and she kindly apologized stating the owner constantly calls the cops on people who park in the handicap to check if they really are. After confirming my paperwork she let me be on my way. Do not discriminate against who can and can’t be handicapped… and coming from the OWNER THEMSELVES is embarrassing. I went to get lunch next door at jersey mikes and this was extremely uncomfortable for me as the entire salon clientele and hair stylists were staring outside the window at me. As the owner you should be embarrassed. Do better

$75 for a blow out is insane. Not to mention the waves fell out 1 hour after leaving and my hair usually holds a curl for several days. Not worth it for a blow out, cant speak to other services.

HORRIBLE!! Gerry didn’t cut my hair according to the picture and gave me a mullet!! I am so mad right now, on top of that he was 20 mins late!! DO NOT GET UR HAIR DONE BY GERRY!! never going back again and i suggest u don’t go there at all!! i asked for the first picture of the girl with the green sweater and he gave me this mullet! I am so dissatisfied

On July 1, I got my nails done with one of the nail techs at Grande Hair Salon. I’ve gotten my acrylics done in the past (with a different salon) but never the way that this specific nail tech has done it before. After the application I noticed that they were a little bit loose but she assured me that it wasn’t an issue. On the 16th of July, one of the nails fell off and on the 18th I decided to remove them all entirety. Once I stared the process I noticed that one of my nails on the right hand was almost entirely green. After taking all of them off, one on the left hand was green as well. I went to my doctor and she determined I had a bacterial infection caused by trapped moisture from the acrylics being improperly applied. I’m appalled at the service I received and will never be coming back.

Beyond great. 5 star experience from the moment I called and spoke to Angie which was so sweet and prompt to the day of my appointment with Nancy the Blonde hair Goddess that transformed my damaged hair and exceeded my expectations with her talent, kindness and professionalism. The owner Carlos is so sweet and genuine. I immediately trusted these people once I walked in. I recommend with my eyes closed.

Came on a Wednesday to do roots and extensions. I explained in detail and hair stylist saw the color I was doing in my roots. As she started to apply I keep telling her that's NOT the color. The hair stylist continue to reassure me that the color changes and it will be correct. In the end the color was NOT the color! Then 6 days later after 1 wash the color completely fades, where at some areas you see the bleach and there's discoloration. I called on Saturday and was told be receptionists and hairstylist it was ok to come in late after 4pm to fix the color and fix the extensions that were falling off. Once I arrived at 4:45pm the place had the doors locked and was empty with only 2 employees helping 2 customers. Summary I paid $300 for cheap hair color that faded in 1 week and extensions that fall within 1 week. Ps the hairstylist is Valentina
