I usually really like this place but today was very disappointing. It was a tall skinnier lady I've never seen before. She was on the phone for almost the whole time and the only time she spoke to me was to comment on how bad my feet were. It's states on the menu for the classic pedicure u get a 10 minute message wich I did not recieve. I recieved about 4 mins over her barely running her hand up and down my leg. I almost didn't tip but I just couldn't walk out with out tipping. Unfortunately unknown to her knowledge I really wanted to bless some body for there hard work for Christmas. I just wasn't able to do that so I just held on to the 100$ bill ... yes I wanted the cheap pedicure but I was gonna pay alot more .. I work with customers and I'm not perfect but the worst thing u can do is not do a good job because they chose the cheapest option and make it very noticeable. She was not rude and she did go back and fix the one thing I pointed out and I did appreciate that.. maybe she was having a bad day u don't know what people are dealing with but remember that could go both ways. Anyway I most likely won't be back but if I do I hope it's better.

Super nice and friendly. Karen (i believe was her name) did great on my crusty feet. She was able to get them almost completely smooth despite my mega cracks. I will be coming back!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Clean, friendly, relaxing, and skilled. Since I moved here, it the best place I have been and I have only ever had one comparable pedi before.

I just had the best pedicure I've ever had!! I'm am very self conscious about my toes because I just don't have the time to keep up with them and he never made me feel bad about the shape they were in he just went right to work and took the extra time to really do what needed to be done and they look absolutely amazing. He was very kind and made me feel really comfortable and for that I am very grateful being that it is not only about what it looks like when they are done but the experience while they are doing it!! I Will definitely be back

I have had very good experiences at Grand Nails for pedicures. I always ask for Bob, he works hard and does an excellent job. I get the Deluxe

I was visiting the area and wanted a pedicure. I called ahead to the location and they told me they had immediate availability- so I drove right over. They welcomed my service despite closing early for the weekend. I got the deluxe pedicure ($55) with gel polish ($15) and it was worth every penny. My nail tech did not make it feel rushed at all and I really enjoyed getting to relax. Highly recommend!

Great experience everytime I go here to get a pedicure while my girlfriend gets a mani pedi. They have always been great to me.

I called to make sure they did colored powder and the answer was “yes” but when I got there, they only had clear and white. Of course they didn’t tell me that until they were halfway through the manicure. I had picked a color out too! Very strange. He PUSHED dip nails on me which I’ve never had and didn’t want. So he ends up putting clear powder gel on and paints my fingernails with regular polish. It not only was a horrible job but it also wasn’t the color I had chosen. I chose a very pale pink, almost flesh colored. What I got was Pepto Bismol Pink that didn’t even provide full coverage! I started to say something and he (the owner’s brother) said “ I can stop now if you want me to” sarcastically so I kept my mouth shut. Very disappointed in the sarcasm, attitude and customer service. My nails started chipping the next day as well. Yeah…never again. Oh, my pedicure was done by someone else and she did a good job.

I finally found a place around the village that I truly enjoyed getting my toes done. They were great. Very comfortable atmosphere. Hands down my favorite place to go now. Thank you so much!!!

They saved our anniversary day!! We was welcomed with open arms after we got rejected from Village nails and spa. Excellent customer service and the employees was so personable! That small detail made a huge difference! The only thing that was missing was the hot stones that wasn’t used for my pedicure but other than that it was a superb experience!! To all the grand nails and spa employees well done job maybe y’all can give some pointers to the employees at Village nails and spa!

Butchered 3 of my toes. Cut my pinky toenail in half. I was in so much pain I limped for 3 days. Then she stuck my bloody toe back in the foot bath! Hoping i dont get a fungus. Worst pedicure I've ever had.

I just moved here from Florida and have found my new place for nails! Went in last night for a manicure with my 9 year old daughter and they did fabulous!! My daughter said they were gentle with her and our nails look absolutely flawless. I'm not one to write reviews, but they did such a great job I had to. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thank you for the great service, we will be back!

The staff were pleasant and professional. My nails looked great but a few days later my nails began snapping. It was awful. Not sure if it was due to cheap product. See picture. I went somewhere else to get them redone. The nail tech stated that the tech at grand nail did not apply the base coat when I got their dip. I will never go back to Grand Nail. They ruined my real nails and I had to get all my nails completely cut back and start over with tips and dip. What a shame

They were so sweet! They took me in as a walk-In right away. I picked “orange sherbet” for my gel fill. They did a quick and easy job for $30 plus tip!
