First time ever I have had any kind of physio, got me in same day, and everone is so nice and friendly.

I walked into the office and was greeted by a very friendly and efficient office manager. She informed me there had been a cancellation and did I want an appointment in 30 minutes. Danny was very informative and gave me some great exercises for my knee and balance. I would highly recommend these services.

Admin is always pleasant and on the ball! Bailey makes booking appointments easy and accommodating to your personal schedule. I’ve done acupuncture and would highly recommend Beverly to anyone, she is very knowledgeable and comforting, and is overall a great presence to be around. Family members of mine are seeing Danny for physio and have had great experiences and success with their healing journeys. I start physio with Telma next month and I’m super excited to get into that!

I do massage with Chelsea ,acupuncture with Beverly and physio with Dan all of them are very attentive to what your personal needs are , I would recommend them to everybody , and Bailey is the receptionist is really nice and easy to talk to this is the one stop shop for me and they all feel like extended family -5 stars

I was very impressed. I feel better even after one session. Beverly was very knowledgeable, and wanted to understand what I had been experiencing. She spent a lot of time with me. I am definitely booking another appointment.

The best team! My journey with them has been about 18months, from being in a wheel chair to relearning to walk. Telma, Danny and front end team have been there every step of the way.. I can not thank them enough.

I can’t say enough about how awesome Chelsea and Bailey are! Chelsea is an amazing massage therapist who truly listens to your health concerns and delivers a thoughtful treatment plan that works. She’s attentive, responsive, extremely knowledgeable and respectful of her clients. She’s a gem!! Bailey is so helpful with making/changing appointments and is always such a ray of sunshine when you walk into the office. Thank you 😊

The place is very welcoming, the therapist is very knowledgeable hands on and I should say that she has a healing hands. She helped me relieved my long agonizing pain on my neck and shoulders. Thanks Telma H.. I will be your regular client for sure 😁

I really like the atmosphere here. The staff are really nice. The building is a calm place and super clean and welcoming. Danny has been extremely supportive and helpful in my recovery. Beverly is always a joy to see and knows exactly where you hurt and how to help. I would give more than 5 stars.

I had twisted my chronically bad knee a few weeks ago. I came to see Telma for diagnosis and some direction on possible rehab. Telma manipulated and worked my knee . I had some instant relief. With the the take home exercises and office visit within 2 weeks my knee is feeling great. Telma is very knowledgeable and professional. Great outcome.

I was so pleased with how well my appointment with Telma Hembruff went yesterday. She was professional in every way. I was concerned that I had put off going for help too long but she was able to understand the issues I have been experiencing She then helped me understand what I needed to put me on my road to recovery.
