The assistance and efficiency was great but they were quick to send me home with medication instead of going in depth about what is causing my acne, or possible causes I’m doing at home. Not a lot of questions were asked, and if I didn’t mention the cleaner I used, I would’ve had terrible results. I would like more of a conversation to happen and for the experience to be more personable.

My mom had scheduled her appointment for a mole at 1:00PM, and the doctor didn’t see her until 1:40PM. I understand sometimes you can’t be seen right away at the time that it was scheduled, but we explained multiple times to the staff and to the doctor herself that we had been waiting so long and that we needed to be out of there as soon as possible because our aunt was in her deathbed and we wanted to drive out and say goodbye to her before she passed. Anyways, they didn’t care. Pure apathy. The doctor arrived at 1:40PM-ish, took a look at the mole, and was out in 3 minutes. Less than five minutes after the three-minute appointment was over, we get the call that my aunt had died. We were not able to make it to see her. We are obviously hurting, but if the doctor had been punctual, we could’ve made it and seen our aunt. I can understand that there are delays that happen, but no one in this clinic seemed to care as my mom pleased for them to hurry up (the doctor was chatting with other staff), and they definitely didn’t care when she received the call that my aunt had died and she started bawling out in the lobby. This was extremely disgraceful, and a nightmare for my mom that could’ve been avoided if these people had a little bit of empathy and a little bit of professionalism.

I was pretty skeptical about going here after reading all the 1 star reviews but my girlfriend goes there and told me to give them a try. The only real issue I had was that after arriving for my 9:30am appointment 10 min early I was taken to the room at 9:30 but sat there for over 30 min before Dr. Graham saw me. I would have typically walked out after waiting for 20 minutes as my time is just as valuable as anyone elses and I am missing work for this appointment but right at 20 min someone came and told me it would just be a little more time as Dr. Graham was running late. I do understand that the office is down to only one doctor now so I decided to stay. I needed to have about 15 skin tags removed and Dr. Graham came in and explained the process and what I should expect. She froze them all with liquid nitrogen which did burn quit a bit but was not terrible. I would have given them 5 stars if I would have been seen within 15 minutes of waiting but like I said my time is valuble and I was also missing work to get this done so I would have appreciated a more timely visit.

This doctor was great when I first went to her office many years ago which is why I came back. However, I'm not sure if I have the right name but (I think) it was Sarah in the billing department who tried to make me pay 80 dollars upfront stating I hadn't met my deductible which I knew wasn't true They also asked me to pay a 50 no show which I was told by the very nice receptionist she was going to see if they could waive the fee Long story short Sarah in billing (not sure if that's her name) suggested I reschedule my appointment. I did not reschedule. Never assume people can't or won't pay their account. Look at my current balance before 0. I can only pray Sarah doesn't treat other potential patients like she did me. Seems like they are all about MONEY, not the patients.

Employees are very personable and thorough! I have been getting laser hair removal and see Teresa, whom i highly recommend. Ive been seen for different services as well and would generalize that everyone has been exceptionally nice and detail oriented. I never feel rushed or unheard, which is sadly rare for a doctors office. Just by reading the other comments, i add that in my own experience - i have has zero issues with schedule/rescheduling/appointments. In fact, reception has always been accommodating when i needed to plan very specifically & in advance. I really like the office and have switched my regular dermatologist to Graham based on my great care for the spa treatments :-)

If you like being treated poorly, like a second or third class citizen, go to this office. She's going to judge a book like it's cover and pass judgement. Her time is more valuable than yours. I visited this office several times for treatment of psoriasis. Dr. Graham's bedside manner is horrible. She does not care about patients. She's only concerned about pimping out the most expensive prescription/medicine and has a program with a pharmacy in Raleigh that she insists you use. Likely, because she's getting a kickback. The cream she prescribed was $1,500 out of pocket for one tube. Luckily our insurance covered it for a $45 co-pay. And it did nothing. Her next step was to suggest that I receive a shot for psoriasis if that cream didn't work. Because she couldn't be bothered to use an old-school cream/ointment that might work. She was over 30 minutes late to my last appointment. Came in abruptly, angry and would not listen to questions I had. Rude, obnoxious is how I would describe her. Seems as though she's lost touch with why she became a dermatologist. Perhaps she was raised to look down on others, but I was not. I wouldn't recommend her or her practice to my worst enemy.

1. On August 5th, I had the opportunity to visit the practice, where I found all the staff, including Dr. Benitez and her assistant, to be exceptionally kind and attentive to my needs as a new patient. The office was impeccably clean and appeared to be efficiently managed. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment, signed in, and was promptly escorted to the examination room. Dr. Benitez entered the room shortly thereafter, within five minutes, and commenced my consultation. She attentively listened to my concerns, took the time to thoroughly explain the details, and established a treatment plan for me. My experience during this visit was truly outstanding. I extend my gratitude to everyone involved and wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

Been there a few times. Have severe eczema and psoriasis. I called for a refill on my cream and they wouldn’t give me one said I had to come in. Well the appointment was going to be three months out! No way can I be without cream with my raw itchy skin for that long. Changing doctors!

My experience with dr newsome was great initially. She left and I started seeing dr graham by default. My first appointment with her she was over one hour late but I was Patient as I am A provider myself. My appointment was at 4:40 and she did not call for our visit until 6pm. My next appointment it was storming outside and the highway was backed up. I was THREE minutes late, and was told since I was Three minutes Late I would now have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for her to see everyone who was already here (appointment was at 2:20, walked through the doors at 2:23). She didn’t see me until 3:30. They use this to catch up from being behind all day, they don’t value anyone’s time and clearly don’t stick to their appointment times to begin with. If she was on time to our previous appointments I would understand more but to be petty over 3 minutes is poor care in my opinion.

‼️UPDATE REVIEW‼️ Well... I have tried to make an appointment for issues that I am now having with my skin. However, it has been months and I haven't received an email or a call back yet! I will start looking for another place to go because my time is just as precious as their time!! My first experience was nice but I had to change this review.

Everyone, including Dr. Benitez, is really, really nice. The office is well run, you rarely wait. Dr. Benitez always takes her time, listening to my concerns and setting realistic expectations. She is kind and attentive.

My appointment was for 3:20. But Dr. Newsome didn't see me til 4:15. And I found out it was because she was double booking. I understand wanting money but not treating your patients like an assembly line. And she acted like she didn't even care how I felt. NO bedside manner at all. Whatever happened to the doctors that cared?

This is the only 1 star review I have ever written. They are in fact this bad. The short: -Waited 3 months and the team cancelled my appointment the day before -Rescheduled 3 months out -They wait another month and a half before calling me and say they are not accepting new patients. 4.5 months, no appointments, and am back to square one.

I was a patient at Ghram dermatology for approximately six years (yearly skin checks) and also used their medical spa. Well when it came time for my yearly skin check, I had to cancel and reschedule 2 times this year because of illness in my kids and myself during this terrible flu season. Well come to find out after you cancel three times they blacklist you and you’re no longer able to schedule an appointment. WHAT? Now I could understand this if I was a no call, no show three times. As a medical professional myself I find this practice to be unprofessional in how they deal with their patients, from the robot that takes you to your exam room to the poor bedside manner of Dr. Graham. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I was only a patient there because of the convenience and its close proximity to home.

Dr. Graham is absolutely the best dermatologist/doctor I have seen in a long time. She literally saved my life -- I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer after Dr. Graham encouraged me to have what I thought was just swelling on the right side of my neck. She takes so much time to explain and make sure that you, as a patient not familiar with medical words, understand what your diagnosis is and your plan of care, including any follow-ups that are needed. Additionally, due to my cancer treatments, having a dermatologist that understands my other diagnoses, as well as treatments, is critical for me. The particular chemo that I am on causes multiple skin issues and Dr. Graham has been so patient with me. She has seen me at a moment's notice because I was panicking over a new spot or so sore I could barely walk from a skin condition. She is absolutely the BEST! I would encourage every one in Alamance County to visit Dr. Graham, especially for your annual skin checks!

I called 7 times, no answer about my allergic to the meds that Dr. Graham had prescribed itching from head to toes, face swelling, splotchy, fingers joint pain. If they care so much about their clients need, they would have answered every phone call. Unprofessional, don’t meet clients need.

I didn’t even make it through my whole appointment before I walked out. First of all, I was escorted to my room by a robot when there are plenty of perfectly fine people sitting around. Second, there is classic rock music playing throughout the entire office, including the rooms, and despite all their fancy technology there is no way of controlling this by room. I know that may seem like a silly complaint but some people have a really hard time concentrating when there is a lot of music playing. I couldn’t even get through my interaction with the nurse without feeling frustrated and distracted. They turned the music down but the speaker was literally right over my head. I just got frustrated and walked out. Between the robots and that it just made a really weird first impression.

My appointment was extremely costly and they had me in the room for 10 minutes. They barely looked at my skin and did not ask me anything about what I wanted to try. It was a lot of money for a literal 10 minute appointment. I was really disappointed with the lack of personal attention. They have robots take you to your room and in the room with the doctor so I would be willing to bet thats part of where that costly appointment comes in

My appointment was for 3:20. By 3:55 i was still waiting to see the Dr. 35 mins. They have absolutely no regard for a patients dignity nor time. Then, after paying the $125 upfront which i was told in advance includes the removal of 15 skin tags, the nurse comes by and tells me i have to pay another $155 on top of that. All of this….. while the Dr still has not even seen me or said hi. When i asked to see the manager i was told that he will phone me at 4:15. Big surprise, that never happened either…….. Seriously people, don't waste your time and money at Graham Dermatology in Mebane. They don't care about their patients at al.

My visit today was horrible. No bedside manner and never listen to what I was telling Dr Newsome. She diagnosed me with something she said she told me a year ago but that’s strange because she never checked because she said I had to take my braids out. Then today she looked through my hair but never did any test to tell me I have Telogen effluvium!? How I am not stressed, the main cause. I am experiencing Rapid hair lost! If anything I am stress now because of her! I should have read the yelp reviews before getting my children and myself involved with her. As a hair dresser I would never recommend a client to her if they start experiencing hair lost.

RUN 🏃🏾‍♀️ this place is not good at all. Really messed up my skin! And would not even fix it. Dr. Newsome is NOT GOOD AT ALL. Dr. Graham is not good! Why would you trust a Dr. Who face is stuffed with so many fillers it honestly looks bad and doesn’t hide her age. Practice needs to be sued and closed !!! The look of the place does not match the Doctors that are in it. Would NEVER recommend this place not even to wash my face.

Terrible customer experience from the nursing staff. The doctor is nice enough, but not worth the drive to Graham given the staff’s attitude. Also, there is limited appointment availability including for existing patients.

UPDATE- Worse update. If I could move them to a ZERO I would. Previously I earned Graham bucks to use on their in-store products. I purchased several skin ceuticals vitamin C serums. These are $180! I told them multiple times I didn’t see any change in my skin (like I normally do when adding a new product to my routine). They said don’t worry it will work overtime. My last “Graham Derm provided” serum ran out and I ordered directly from the manufacturer. When I received that serum it was a completely different color and smell! Then as I researched I realized the serum Graham sold was bad- oxidized!!! 🤬 Hundreds of dollars of bad product! I doubt anything they provide is quality. This place is just gross. I would not recommend any skincare procedures here. Even if THEIR work is very poor quality, they will charge YOU for any corrections they need to make. I have never experienced this before and other doctors shared that this was not common practice. Bad business and questionable ethics.

Very costly! Escorted to your room by a computer, so I’m assuming the extra charge is for the “updated” environment. What is most disappointing is that their focus is not to give solutions, but more so to just deal with your condition. There are better ways to resolve issues instead of making it where you are forever going to the doctor for an issue. Went to another dermatologist and received a procedure that was more effective and cost less than their solution that only solved the problem for 3 days.

Went in for a procedure in February and the procedure went well until the Dr. left and the Nursing assistant was finishing up, three young women came into the room while I was exposed. One was cleaning up the other was watching the nursing assistant, the front desk girl trying to set the next appointment while I was being worked on. Blatant disrespect for ones privacy. Two weeks later I come in for stitches removal the nursing assistant comes in with a girl ,she never introduces her to me or explains why she has to be in the room for my stiches removal, until I ask and was told so she can hold you down. I was not ok with that, since it was in a private area. I was left on that table for one hour and half just to have stitches removed that would of taken 10-15 minutes the most. Will never go back to that office.

I’ve been a patient at Graham Dermatology and The Medi Spa for 5 years now. In 2018 I first saw RN Michaeling Lopez for a fraxel laser treatment. She did a wonderful job and I really noticed a difference in my complexion just from one visit. So I of course trusted her to take over my Botox and dermal filler injections I had previously been receiving from a plastic surgeon in Greensboro. I was truly impressed by Michaeling’s skills. Not only does she take her time listening to your needs and concerns, but my results were even better with her compared to the plastic surgeon! I really was amazed by how much she accomplished with such a small amount of units! At the plastic surgeon it took 40 units to relax the muscles above my eyebrows. Other than softening my lines, I didn’t look any different. With Michaeling, it only took 28 units of Botox and not only were my lines softened, but she injected the botox in a way that lifted my eyebrows! Which I didn’t even know was possible!! It seriously looks like I had an eyebrow lift! I’m being complimented everywhere and am told I look like a new person. I never knew how much drooping brows can effect overall appearance until Michaeling lifted my own brows with botox. My eyebrows went from heavy looking and drooping in a straight line with no shape, to being perfectly arched like one of those Instagram models! Needless to say I’m now definitely a fan of Botox for life!! I also received Restylane Kysse lip filler injections, performed by RN Michaeling Lopez. Once again, beautiful job! She’s truly a perfectionist that takes her time making sure she injects in the perfect areas & ensures you’re numbed up very well before she begins. Michaeling for me is like an artist, as I’ve always had an unflattering flat upper lip, that she somehow magically reshaped! Creating me a Cupid’s bow, giving my top lip enough shape so that my profile is now more feminine and pronounced like I’ve always wished for it to look. And unlike the plastic surgeon i was seeing, Michaeling gave me a very detailed printed out instruction pamphlet explaining fillers and how to take care of them, along with several samples of lip/face moisturizer and other products that really came in handy. Michaeling is such a caring nurse, with her I feel pampered, valued and completely comfortable. That’s important for me! As patients we all want to be treated as if we’re important. And to top it off, she even took time helping me download apps that saved me a whole lot of money on my Botox and lip fillers!! I’ve gotten big discounts every visit that I’ve seen her! And I earned points on each visit which caused me to save even more money and even earned a free product from their shop! How many nurses have you met willing to go through all that trouble for a patient just to save them money? She’s truly a gem. I also saw another patient’s lips after getting Restylane Kysse injected by Michaeling, and her lip shape is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend RN Michaeling Lopez, I’ve had several treatments with her now and as a very busy lady in high demand she gets booked up, so I can’t wait for an opening to get back in for more touch ups!

Pleasant staff Needed A biopsy done on a spot on my face Perfunctory dr pointed to assistant what need to be prepped/lidocaine Dr returned and said she did wrong place Had a redo Got pathology results and they requested additional visits I requested to review the report 3 days 5 phone calls and 2 hours on the phone Nothing but being switched around and around and around some more So I drove the hour round trip to get my simple one page results Time consuming and entirely avoidable They charged me .25 cents for the report Unless you are going there for thousands of dollars of cosmetic treatments Better to find and old school doc that cares!
