This is the most ghetto braiding salon ever. They did a really crappy job in my hair. She let her childish daughter do my hair .I got box braids and the braids were uneven. She had big braids in the middle and even cut my hair in the braids. These people are very greedy for money and I wouldn’t recommend them to my own worst enemy. Don’t go here to get your braids done. The work is terrible.

This was my first time ever getting my hair professionally braided and I had a great experience. Everyone was very professional and my braider did and excellent job!! Once other braided were finished with their clients they came to assist my braider. I also thought this was worth mentioning. They all pitched in and got it done. And my hair looks great!!!

BAD RESULTS. I braided my hair for college and i had to constantly ask the braider to finish the braids so they would not get loose. This wasn't enough as when i got home HALF of the braids were unravelling and coming apart. MAJORITY of the braids had peices sticking out and falling apart. Horrible work and now I have to find a way to fix this before my first day at college.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE CHECK THE LENGTH Told the braider how long I wanted my hair to be she tried to convince I need to go shorter I clearly said no even showed her a video she made a sample braid we agreed upon the length when I got home I realized that that sample braid was the longest braid on my head. This was after waiting for my hair to get done because they were double booked. I don’t like leaving negative reviews for small businesses because I run one but this needs to be said so that braiders can be properly trained.

Today I asked for my natural hair to be braided to the back. The young lady who usually does my hair do an amazing job but unfortunately she would not be in shop until tomorrow. I made the decision to have someone else do it and it was a mistake. This lady braided my hair in a rush and as a result it looks a mess. Hair is sticking up throughout every braid. My edges are sticking up everywhere. She did not pay them down. During the braiding process she continue to snag my hair with her fingers as if it was extensions pulling my hair out. I am not a confrontational person so I said nothing but due to this experience I will search for another braiding shop to take care of my natural hair. Too add I am now going to another place to get my hair re braided costing me more money because I am completely dissatisfied. Two stars because of the young lady who usually do my hair and gets it right

Trash! I took one look at the finished product and knew it was coming off ASAP! My edges were pulled so tight I couldn't even blink, and the conrolls looked 6wks old. I wanted 6 big conrows, all back, they quoted $10 each only to finish and and demand I pay $15 for the rubbish she did. Don't risk your edges or waste your time and money going there.

i come here every 3 months since september last year to have my microbraids done.. these ladies are fast and price is reasonable. my hair has grew so much since i started getting my hair done here.

I usually refrain from leaving reviews for small businesses, understanding the challenges they face, but I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from squandering their hard-earned money. My frustration stems from service providers who expect full payment for minimal effort. During my recent visit to a local store for a shampoo wash and cornrow service, the experience was far from satisfactory. The staff member, who appeared indifferent to customer service, sang loudly, disregarding my attempts to work on my laptop and competing with the store's blaring television. This lack of professionalism was compounded when I discovered the poor quality of her work; my cornrows were so loosely done that I could easily unravel them by merely sliding my fingers through. Astonishingly, this subpar service cost me $50 for just a shampoo and twelve cornrows. Moreover, the store's ambiance leaves much to be desired, giving off an outdated vibe. Both the owner and the employees need to significantly improve their service standards. I regret to say that this braiding store seems more like a sham than a reputable establishment."

Hi this is going to be the most honest review, I visited this salon on 6/17/17 because I had a semi formal event to go to. Before I came to her salon I asked if they could do one jumbo ponytail braid and the owner said yes. When I came to her store no one seemed to know what I wanted done to my hair, my mom had to show a video from YouTube on what to do. The woman who was going to do my hair gave me an estimated price of $20 since I'm using their hair. But the owner said "no, it's $50" which I think is way overpriced for one braid. The woman went on to do my hair and the atmosphere was not pleasant at all and two stylists started arguing in the workplace which was very unprofessional. Though I did like my hair it started coming out on 6/19/17 which I've only had it for 3 days which is unacceptable. I liked the protective style I just don't like the fact that after 3 days have gone by my braid is coming out. I gave it two stars because I did like my hair but their prices are too high and unreasonable

Terrible service! I went to get faux locs removed, Grace kept saying that my hair is a lot and complained every time she would undo my hair. She told me that she could wash my hair once finished removing my locs but then she said it was too much and she refused to wash my hair, leaving me to leave the salon with dirty hair. THIS IS A HORRIBLE SALON!! Very poor customer service, the ladies do not greet you, and they do not make the experience enjoyable. 0/10 please take your money elsewhere!

Stay away from this place!!!! I requested spring twist and after 1 day braids started falling out. They were late starting on my hair and then after some time 2 young ladies worked on my head. I’m guessing they were inexperienced bcuz I have never gone to a shop in all my life and had a terrible experience like this. I really wish I could get every cent back for what I paid for this substandard work. I definitely won’t be going back.

This is the worst hair dresser I have ever been to in my life. Upon arrival no one greeted me they all just stared at me, no customer service at all. Had to mention to them that I made an appointment but still everyone seemed so lost and unorganized. The lady who was retwisting my locs didn’t even think to wash my hair until I mentioned it. My locs are mid back length so it needs to be washed Atleast twice. She didnt even condition it. This is the worst retwist I have ever gotten. The parts in my hair are not clean cut. There are still loose hairs all around my head. My edges arent even laid at this point. I could have literally done a better job myself. Never coming back here! Save you money!
