Grace was phenomenal. I have been getting lash lifts for a couple of years and am very impressed with the service. She educated me in such a nice way and didn't belittle me for not knowing what I didn't know. I had originally came in for an appointment and she told me my lashes were over- processed from my last lift and recommended that I try castor oil. This meant a lot to me because she could've easily messed up my lashes and taken my money but she didn't. The castor oil was a game changer and my lashes are healthier than ever. I came back a few weeks later and she did such a good job on the lift. It was quick and easy and came out great. She was very professional and easy to talk to. I really appreciated her sharing her knowledge and experience with me. I am so grateful I found this place!

HEATHER WAS GENUINELY THE BEST!!!!! Never once did I feel uncomfortable or awkward, even though it was my first time getting lashes and an eyebrow tint!! She was so friendly and gives off such great vibes... not to mention afterwards I felt like the most gorgeous woman ever. I'm moving out of state soon but I'm not kidding when I say I will fly back here just to get my lashes done, as she's the only person I want to touch them now lol you guys earned a long time customer for sure :)

Amazing place! So many options to choose from, but so glad I chose this location. Taylor was my lash artist for about 5-6 months until I sadly decided to give my lashes a break. Taylor was communicative, knowledgeable, supportive of what I wanted MY lashes to look like, and always accommodated. I loved adding color into my sessions with her. She was able to give great advice for my lashes and how to keep them in shape. I loved her connection she had from the very start, and at every appointment she never failed to ask if I wanted to change anything up. I would return to her again and again. Emily is literally the greatest person on the planet. She saved my lashes and my life, not to be dramatic. But I literally have no idea what I would have done without her. Go here for incredible service, amazing attention to detail and some of the most fantastic ladies in the world. Seriously.

I got some really cool henna from the henna studio in the building. My mom got her eyebrows microbladed here and she loves them. The staff is great and the setting is really neat, with cool art and murals on the walls.

I wanted to visit this place a few times before reviewing so that I could leave a fair and honest review. Let me start by telling you that lashes are my splurge. I am totally invested in gorgeous lashes that provide forgivable retention and have been looking for someone who listens intuitively and also has the skill to customize in ways to help me achieve a look or style that I want. Grace is my lash technician and not only is she really cool and interesting to chat with, she checks all of the boxes in what I look for in a lash artist. Each time I’ve seen her, I’ve been super happy with my results. Another thing that I notice is - even between fills, my lashes are STILL looking great (no noticeably patchy or sparse areas) and for someone with sensitive eyes, they feel nice on my eyes and don’t feel heavy or annoying. I’ve gotten quite a few compliments on my lashes and two of my friends were excited to get theirs done too (for their first time!) and they absolutely LOVE their lashes as well! Nothing but gorgeous, sultry lashes and great vibes here! Bring in your photo inspiration and watch this girl and her team make it happen. I live almost an hour away and I drive out to see her for all of my lash appointments. Totally worth it and I love my lashes every single time I walk out of there.

I got my lashes done two days before going on vacation and they didn’t even hold up for a few days. The lash artist was very friendly and I really enjoyed the experience, it was just the quality of the lashes that I was very disappointed with. By day 3 into my vacation one eye of lashes was almost completely gone you could not even see them. One side was sort of noticeable while the other side you could barely see. My pictures did not look good and I did not feel confident because of this. I had no idea how to fix the problem because I didn’t want to put mascara over the lashes and have them look worse or fall out even more then they already had. I washed them when I wore make up like I was informed to do and I was very careful with them. They never got wet I was never swimming, I washed my face with a wash cloth. I just don’t understand why they were falling out so much. By the end of my vacation all of the lashes had fallen out. I honestly regretted getting them, I would’ve looked better just putting mascara on my real lashes. I’ve had lashes in the past from other artists and they always lasted 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 weeks with no issue. I’m not sure what happened but I was very disappointed unfortunately.

Summer was awesome! She was very mindful of making sure my natural lashes came first when doing a removal for me. The location itself has a very inviting feel to it and Summer’s music choice during my appointment just made time I spent there more enjoyable. I look forward to coming back for additional services.

My lashes have never looked better! I've been a committed patron since I first found this spot 6 mos ago. Grace makes hygiene and the health of my real lashes a priority before filling. She listens to my wants and needs and always does a fantastic job. The cute boutique setting in the Creston Neighborhood district and great music make it an all around great experience!

I get my eyelash extensions done by Emily and I absolutely love them. She is very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions. She’s also very sweet and I always look forward to my appointments with her. The environment itself is super clean (and very cute!). So glad I chose them!

I have been coming to GR lash for the past year and i am continually impressed with the quality of my lashes. My retention since starting with them has been fantastic. I receive so many compliments! They are professional and friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

If I could give this boutique zero stars, I would. I have been going there every two weeks for a fill on my lash extensions for the last year and a half. The same artist had been doing my lashes, except for on a couple occasions when she was unavailable. The artist and boutique had informed me on those occasions that a different artist could fill in or that I could reschedule. I had no problem having a different artist do my lashes for one of the appointments and I had rescheduled the other because I was aware of what was happening. A couple weeks ago my artist chose to leave the boutique, but no one from the boutique let me know. Instead of contacting me, they just rescheduled me, with a different artist and then charged me for the appointment that I did not make with that artist. When I called to dispute the charge, the manager said that since another artist was available to do them, that’s how it works (even though it has never been like that in the past year and a half). Then told me since I was aware that my lash artist left, even though they didn’t give me that information, that it was my responsibility to cancel the appointment with the other lash artist they stuck me with, without letting me know that someone else was doing them. If the lash artist who has been doing my lashes still would have been working there, I believe they would have had no problem refunding my money. This boutique lacks communication with their clients and I would not trust them. I would not recommend this boutique to anyone looking to get lash extensions/fills done.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! If you're looking for a lash place THIS is where you need to go. They have other services too like henna and microblading and ALWAYS do an amazing job. Friendly people and even have a boutique downstairs. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT !!

I called to find out information on what it cost for a set of lashes and the person who answered the phone was very detailed and very specific pleasant to talk to and answered all of my questions. I am seriously considering this place to be my next lash endeavor.
