Went in for a shellac manicure, the owner did such a half ass job. My 3 year olds could have done what she did. Ever since they fired Mary, that place isn’t worth it anymore. She didn’t even paint my entire nail and she soaked my fingers in hot water…..really want a damn refund cuz that was bullshit. I miss when Andy was the owner! I never left unhappy!

I’ve been to other nail salons in the area but, I LOVE Golden Nails and will continue to be a customer. I went with a friend and we both got shellac mani/pedi. Salon is clean and stylists are friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. I did have the polish come off two of my toes same day I had them done. I went back following day and they were very apologetic and fixed them. Not upset at all. Will definitely go back and recommend them to anyone I know looking to have their nails done 💅🏻

I’ve tried a few salons since moving to Grand Rapids and this salon is now my go to! They are always so pleasant, salon is clean, and staff is very talented. They did a phenomenal job on my ombré today and I just needed to write a review!

Just had an amazing pedicure at GOLDEN NAIL SPA ! Very clean, friendly and fun nail spa I get the very best ever pedicures there. I would not go anywhere else. Highly Recommend.

The Golden Nail Spa is a welcoming and clean environment, friendly staff, and the pricing is great! Van has done my pedicure & manicure when I stop in. He is professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and always answers my questions and does a great job each time.

I had an apt for a fill last night. The girl that did my nails was phenomenal and I absolutely love my nails. The white with chrome finish and the shape etc. All great thank you!

The place is very clean. Staff very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. One of the staff was very funny and made jokes throughout! And they did an amazing job with my nails!! Definitely my go-to place!!

I did pay for the deluxe pkg with gel. It was worth every penny. She did a fantastic job on my pedicure. I only do it 2-3 times a year, but she took her time and I enjoyed it immensely.

Katy is the best. Always a perfect pedicure. The salt scrub/massage is so wonderful. The salon is well lit, always clean and pleasant. Each pedicure station is a massage chair. Absolutely fabulous. Hundreds of colors.

Highly recommend the pedicures! Vane did my daughter's 1st pedicure and he was very nice and interactive making sure she felt comfortable. The massage chairs are really nice and detailed. Makes me feel like I'm actually in a massage room. Definitely enhances the pedicure. This is my new go-to spot.
