I used my cc and they charged my card and extra 40 dollars. They would not put the money back on my card. I had to go back to get cash. Buyer beware, check your statements, who knows how many people they have done this too! I found the overcharge, they never mentioned it! And there was no real apology.

Clean. Calm. Peaceful. Massage was great. They are very respectful of the body and check in to see if pressure is ok. I made an appointment this time. But generally when I come here I come last minute as a walk-in which I really appreciate. I've been treated by a few of the therapists and have enjoyed all of them. They have a few different types of massages on their menu and I plan on trying the one where they stretch you and massage at the same time the next time I go in.

Message was as expected. Ok but not great. Half an hour of pushing on me through a sheet before the message even got started, while the guy giving my friend a message kept clearing his throat, but it's an inexpensive place that will get you an apt. Same day on the fly so even if it's bad you're still winning. The problem came at the end when I was checking out. I usually tip 10% for an ok message 15% for a better than average and 20% + for an excellent message. I have been going to golden hands for years and never in my life have I experienced someone questioning the tip I gave them. It truly caught me off guard when I was asked if the message was not good because of the 10% tip for an ok message. Beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Also a great way to get someone to leave a review! You might want to up your prices or post a mandatory 20% gratuity instead of shaming/bullying people into giving a bigger tip. I won't be back and will warn others to stay away!!! Bummer

Myre was Majic! For real she has healing hands and one of the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She knew where I was in pain without me telling here and hit spots I realized are connected to my back/neck pain in my knee. I realized I’m over compensating on one side due to an old injury. I feel soooo much better. It was a magical experience I’m so grateful that I came in today. Thank you 🙏

This place does great massages for a reasonable price. Every time I go to some luxury spa at a fancy hotel I leave disappointed because Golden Hand does just as good of a job for a much better price. It’s definitely the best massage in the area.

Grace was one of the best Chinese masseuse I’ve had. Very knowledgeable about bodywork and injuries. Definitely worth the visit and will continue to recommend her!

As an athletic trainer, I can tell GRACE is really good at finding the tightness spot of your muscle, is better than I expected, really good experience, I would come back again for sure.

I was so grateful to meet my masseuse Grace yesterday. I came in there with neck and shoulder pain which tortured me for a couple of weeks. Chiropractor and accupuncture didn't work for me. But Grace felt where all the muscle tightness and knots were and took care of business. I felt so much better after the session and had a wonderful sleep time last night. Thank you so much, Grace! I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who craves a rejuvenating and relaxing experience. I am definitely looking forward to coming back!

I've been using this location for the past month or so.... I've had multiple massages for different therapists... everyone has been very professional & effective! Great price for great service... definitely recommend them...but if they become too busy I won't be able to get in...soooo??? 😉💖😎🤙🏽

Decided to come here based on other good reviews. The staff were very professional. I was very happy with my massage. Tony was very skilled and had very firm pressure, I had to ask him to go softer a few times but it felt very good. The hot towels to wipe off oil was very nice. Heated massage table was very comfortable. I will be coming back again!

I got an incredible massage here! The therapist listened to my quests for the morning tense areas of my neck and back. Very strong massage like I asked as well. They were also able to accommodate me on a walk in basis!

Did a 30 min walk-in chair massage and it was absolutely amazing. The masseuse found every knot and knew just what to do to Relieve the pain and tension in each one The pressure was perfect (I like deep tissue). Hands down the best massage I've ever had. I will be returning to do chair massage again and try the full body.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise. One of the best foot massages i've ever had. They don't stop at the foot! She took care of my head shoulders, hands, hips and legs. I was like jello when she was done. Price was very Is reasonable for the work!

I dropped in here a few months ago because it was late in the day, I wanted a massage, and this place is open later than some of the other places available. I was paired with Robin (I hope I'm remembering correctly) and she gave me the greatest massage I've ever had in my life! It was as if she intuitively knew exactly where and how to massage every part of me, with the perfect amount of pressure. When we were done, I literally felt drunk and has to wait about 15 minutes before I got in my car to leave. I didn't know a massage could be this amazing. I've found my regular massage spot from now on. 😌 Thank you so much Robin! It has been months since I've seen you, but I'll be coming by soon enough.

I love this place!! Every single masseuse is knowledgeable and trained with magic hands that leaves you with the best experience every time. I had knots in my shoulder and carpal tunnel on my right hand. They worked on all my problem areas and I felt so relaxed with less tension and stress. The pressure level is soft, medium, or hard, - you get to choose. I'm a weekly patron now 😊Golden Hands In Deed.

I received a 30 minute back and 30 minute foot massage. One of the best medicinal foot massages I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot! Michael was my practitioner both times I went and he is knowledgeable, kind and skilled. The place is organized, clean and a great place for a respite from your week! Oh- and so affordable, makes regular self care sustainable.

I've been in this place 3x. The first 2x I had 2 awesome male therapists, no problems at all. The 3x was the worse experience I've EVER had. The male therapist touched me VERY inappropriately multiple times. What he did was WRONG!! I felt VERY uncomfortable, violated and scared. I told the male Therapist to stop the massage and I cried to the woman up front and told her what he did and how I felt. She just said, "I'll tell him not to go so high." I didn't pay for my massage and left balling my eyes out. I emailed the company the next morning and haven't heard back. I'll be filing a police report. DON'T TAKE THE RISK!!

In town for a wedding with time to kill...decided on a couples massage...wary of walk in type place but thought what's the worst that could happen especially since this was totally spur of the moment. Worst that happened was that it was Great!! We both thoroughly got our money's worth plus some. If we lived here this would be our spot!

This my is my general review for this massage place. I’ve been going here for 3 months every week. A clean place, good massage personnels and average pricing. The best massage personnels if you choose are Xena, Ana( best but they left), Liza( new, sharp elbow, poor English, maybe in 50’s, thorough massage head to toe), Jessica (better english, mid 30’s, better english, good & thorough massage, warm hands), Lucy (good too). I don’t know about the male masseuse. Rooms are clean and good people.
