I’ve been coming to Goddess Nails for a few years now and drive across town just to see Hannah- she’s so sweet and does amazing nail art.

Lynn did an amazing job on my nails!! I showed her my inspo picture and she killed it! 10/10 service and the staff is very friendly! The salon is very clean and overall great experience! It came out around $70 ( I added chrome so it was $10 extra), but not expensive!

I don't get my nails done very often. Today was a treat and I think my nail tech could tell by the shape of my hands that I was indeed treating myself today 🙊 She was so sweet and very professional, she took her time and made sure I had a wonderful experience. Thank you! I will be returning in the future 😊 I regret that I didn't fully get my technician's name and I apologize for that. I want to say her name was either Lynn or Linda.

I had the most dreadful experience at this spa. The staff was rude and dismissive, showing no interest in customer service. The tools they used didn’t appear sanitized, which was incredibly concerning, and the environment felt unhygienic overall. The nail technician rushed through the session, leaving my nails uneven and messy. When I told her the shape is not right, she started getting irritated with me and made my nails shorter. The polish started chipping the very next day, and when I called to complain, they fixed it. But I went there for the second time and the person doing my nails was very rude saying that I am picky about my nails and made false accusations saying that I didn’t like the color before & how they had to redo. Also she was making insulting comments infront of other customers. Very rude. I told it was not the color issue. The issue was the shellac polish started peeling the immediate next day. They were completely unhelpful and refused to fix it. I had to leave the spa with uneven nails and got it fixed at another great salon. The lady from the other salon was very friendly and concerned about how the nails were not done right. To make matters worse, they charged way more than what was listed on their website, and when I questioned the price, the receptionist gave me a dismissive shrug. Save your money and go somewhere else—this place is an overpriced disaster!

I have visited several nail spas in San Antonio and none compare to the customer service I receive at Goddess Nails & Spa. I have made appointments and have walked-in, each time receiving excellent customer service. If you are looking for a new salon or are in the area, drop by and see Hannah. She will take excellent care of you!

Love, love, love. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! A drink of your choice is offered upon sitting. This nail bar is clean, well lit and has tons of nail options!!
