I used a Christmas special to get brows and eyelids redone and another facial..charged on my credit card..well the lady that does this tattoo has since left..no phone calls to lmk.. had facial..they stated the owners will "try" get lady to do my procedure..still no phone call of reference nor refund of over 600...it's been almost a year now..NOTHING! The lady that done facial was PERFECT. Friendly nice staff.. but, I'd like a refund on card..so I can go elsewhere get done..600 is alot of money as I had to pay out working 💪.

Beautiful facility and friendly staff! Mia greeted me with a smile and checked me in quickly . Clinic is clean and very well organized . Morgan did exceptional on my lashes . Would definitely recommend !

Hands down the best experience- it is the best place to go to get and feel beautiful while also feeling at home. I love Dr. Patel. She is so down to earth and understanding. I have gotten botox from her several times and no issues. She does such a great job every time. I've also gotten my eyelashes done there. If you want your body changed in any way and you aren't sure if you can afford it, i really recommend checking them out because the first time I went I was definitely limited on finances, and I was still able to afford enough to have no more wrinkles! Love y'all so much 💗

Seen Brooke today and she did fantastic ! She was very knowledgeable and really took her time on my skin. It was super relaxing and overall just a really nice experience. I will definitely be going back to her next time I’m in town.

By far the best place in town if you are looking to pamper and rejuvenate! Relaxing environment and friendly staff. Dr.Patel is amazing with filler and injections and Morgan is your girl for Vela Sculpting and Lashes. They keep me coming back!!!!

The level of care and customer services is unmatched, and they offer so many great packages for their services! Dr. Patel, Morgan, Megan, Dallie, and Kerry are the best in the business and each of them offer respected and trusted advise. From injectables to lasers, facials to weight loss options, GlowDoc is the place to be!

My Husband being amazing and trying to spoil me went and purchased a Gift Card for me. Not realizing this is not where I go and my girl does not work here. So I called immediately the next morning and told them situation and told them I needed a refund. They specifically told me that it wasn't their issue my husband made a mistake and I suggest for you to find something on our service menu and use your gift card. I am always trying to keep the peace so I explained that I am not leaving my current place and would never use this $400.00 gift card. We need to come to a resolution and she said this was her resolution. Said the owner would call me in 24 hours... I am NEVER using this place of business and when and if I am ever in need of replacement for my current spa I would drive out of town before using them!

I saw Dallie today and she did such an amazing job on my IPL. I am so so so happy. I used to work for a dermatologist and do my own IPLs. Ever since then I have not been able to find one person that does an IPL as thoroughly. Dallie did the most thorough, amazing job I could ever imagine. I came in because of a special, but I will never go anywhere else for IPL. One treatment with her is like three treatments elsewhere.

Booked a month in advance for the day of my bday and never got a confirmation call, day before and day off called countless times and never got an answer and a day later I received a message from the facility that they were busy and wanted to know if they could help me. I also reached out privately to a worker my message was read and never responded too. Extremely poor communication.

GlowDoc Med Spa: If you are looking to treat yourself (or someone else), I would highly recommend one of their customized facials for an hour of pure bliss. I wanted to try laser hair removal for my underarms, and after only one treatment so far, I have been amazed by the results. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable and truly passionate about their craft. As a medical spa, they also carry my favorite skincare products like ZO, Obagi, SkinCeuticals and Eminence. The facility is beautifully designed with elegant touches and furnishings in every room. They offer a seemingly infinite amount of services and customizations for a truly superior experience. Finally, GlowDoc has one of the only full spectrum infrared saunas in SWLA, and if you have never used one, you are definitely missing out.

Overall great experience, but would not recommend booking online. They do not keep the schedule online updated and do not follow up in a timely manner, especially if you schedule online for the same date of service. On three separate occasions I’ve arranged a sitter, driven 20 miles away and each time was inconvenienced due to their lack of communication.

Love the location and the office is so pretty. I had microblading and my results surpassed my expectations!! Also had Dysport with Dr. Patel. I asked her to be conservative and my results are wonderful. Everyone is so nice and accommodating.

These ladies are the best! I had never had anything done to my face before so I had no clue what to expect. I started to notice bags under my eyes and lines in my cheeks. They recommended cheek fillers. The outcome was amazing!!! The process took about 3 appointments but that’s because they really care about you. They take it slow to make sure everything settles correctly. They truly care for their patients and I believe there goal is to always enhance the beauty you already have for a natural result!
