My wife and I went for yoga and the bathhouse after. Website could be a tad easier to actually book and select the things you want, but the service on the phone and in person was amazing. Highly recommend!

This place is everything you want. Sauna, Steam Room, Cold Plunge, Warming Pool. Incredible vibes. Well put together. 10/10 highly recommend. Book you spot online in advance. Beyond worth the $45/120 min session. Perfect for a post Ski/Snowboard day. Get your body right. I will be back here guaranteed.

Absolutely loved this relaxing and rejuvenating visit. Spa was clean, beautiful and built for pure relaxation. Staff was friendly. It was a great first visit and I’ll definitely return for yoga classes in the future.

Awesome, modern the on a traditional bathhouse. Great service, clean, steam is awesome, same with sauna, and 50* cold plunge. They fill up fast so make sure you book ahead.

Wow! What an incredible way to spend a morning. My girlfriends and I were craving some wellness vibes, and Glow delivered beyond expectations. The space is stunning—beautifully designed, clean, and so aesthetically pleasing. I loved all the thoughtful touches, from the art on the walls in the locker room to the overall ambiance. I had never tried a bathhouse experience before, and I was blown away by the variety of spaces to explore. From the sauna to the steam room, the warm pool to the cold plunge, it was a 10/10 experience. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming. Even though the atmosphere leans quieter and more reflective, I loved how little moments of connection happened—like other guests cheering you on for lasting longer in the cold plunge than before. I can’t wait to go back and bring more friends to share in this amazing space. What a fantastic way to connect, recharge, and hang out! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique wellness experience.

This is a fantastic addition to the health and spa community in Salt Lake City. KT has built the environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. Not cheap but totally worth it. Incredible vibe.

Glow SLC exceeded my expectations. The facility has a top tier spa atmosphere, staff is professional, and all of the other patrons were respectful. They’ve really created a respectful environment I was impressed. The hot bath, cold plunge, and steam room was excellent, but I think the star of the show was the sauna. It’s got plenty of space and stays super hot, and I like it hotttt!! Anyway this place rocks I’m probably gonna buy a membership. Shout out Glow Spa!

It was an awesome and relaxing place, the sauna was great and the pool really warm. Just a little concerned about the cameras at the shower section and at the spa,I have visited other bathhouses before and that's not normal, everything else is great.

Really enjoyed the vibe here. It was clean, friendly and quite relaxing. I didn’t get to try and of the massage or classes but I bet they are great because this place pays attention to the details.

Awesome experience. Go!!!!! I traveled to SLC from Boston for the weekend. I was looking for a steam room/cold tub to relax but didn't want to spend the money to go to Park City to a high end spa. Glow has hit a grand slam. The facilities are amazing. Super high end, clean, and welcoming. I wish them all the best! I'll be back!

I came here with my friends from out of town, and we all loved it. We attended the free yoga class prior to enjoying our time at the bathhouse. The facility is clean, cozy, and welcoming. I highly recommend and will come back again.

I can't say enough good things about Glow. The bathhouse experience is so relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff is so nice and attentive. The facilities are so clean and well maintained. My favorite is the steam room and cold plunge.

I’ve been going to various spas for years; King Spa in NYC & Chicago, Russian Turkish Baths in NYC, Spa Land & Jeju in Atlanta… and I must say, this is one of the best spa experiences I’ve had! The Space: so beautiFULL and aesthetically pleasing. My favorite is the dry sauna - it’s large and gets very hot. The Community: I met some amazing people. We had the best conversations. Since I’ve just moved to SLC 8 days ago, I’m very grateful for the energy this space cultivates for connection. The Service: TOP TIER I was greeted with such loving care. Unfortunately, I forgot the receptionist’s name, but they were extremely helpful in supporting me getting acquainted with the space. There’s also free towel service and lockers with code locks. No need to bring a lock (major plus). I also got a massage by Casey - it’s going to be a monthly treat for myself. After our session, I had so much more space in my body. He truly has an intuitive, healing touch. One more thing, they even have yoga classes! Haven’t experienced these yet but looking forward to it. Overall: An absolute treat! The space, the vibe, the services, all top tier. I felt very welcomed and appreciated for coming. I’m really looking forward to continuing to support this woman owned business. I also got to have a great conversation with Camille (one of the co-owners)… she was amazing.

This place is a really nice spa they've done a great job. I was spending the day in town and saw this one online. It's basic in terms of what's offered but all of the facilities are very clean and top of the line, and if you're looking for a couple hours on the circuit then the price is really reasonable I thought. The staff were friendly and attentive as well, I went early on a Friday and saw a few other people there but it never felt too busy. They offer one each of the dry and wet saunas, a large body-temperature pool, and a cold plunge. The cold plunge is a 10/10 probably the best one I've ever used in terms of temp and cleanliness. The large pool was a nice spot to lounge between sauna trips. I love the steaminess and lighting in the wet sauna, very nice. I also enjoyed the size and cozy lighting of the dry sauna. I spent a long time in each sauna and I thought the temperature was very tolerable in each of them - definitely not insanely hot like some other ones I've been to. I'll be back if I'm ever visiting SLC again, definitely worth it if you're into the hot sauna/cold plunge.

Went for opening night tonight. The staff was super kind, the space is beautiful and clean, and the cold plunge is perfectly cold. Love it, and stoked that Salt Lake has something like this. Thanks for building such an awesome spa Kate and Camille! Update after a few months - I wish I could give six stars. This place rules and makes me very, very happy. Camille always greets me by name even though I'm a very forgettable old white man, the space is impeccably clean and all the temperatures are perfect!

Excellent bathhouse in SLC for calming relaxation and recovery (I am a distance runner so it's been amazing before or after runs). Service is top notch too and owners/staff are the sweetest people. Glad to have something like this in the Salt Lake Area! Spreading the word to my runner friends :).

Phenomenal spot. Chic. Cosmopolitan. Clean! 12/10. The owners should be proud of themselves for creating something so lovely and relaxing for Salt Lake. Safe to say I’m obsessed.
