Such a fantastic salon and business. Not only are the services top notch, the salon is thriving because of Davida’s vision and leadership. I adore supporting these women, and I always leave with my hair perfect. However, I think it isn’t nice that Davida won’t move in with me and style it every morning 😂🤣

Andreana always does an awesome job with my hair! She is the only stylist who’s been able to cut my thick, wavy hair so it looks great air-dried, without any extra styling.

Booked a men’s clipper cut appointment from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on a Saturday. I couldn’t get there until 3:15 pm. I called at 2:56 pm, once I knew I couldn’t get there, to ask if it would be okay if I were 15 minutes late for the appointment. They said I had to reschedule because they closed at 4:00 pm, and I would forfeit the $16.50 deposit. Their policy clearly says if you are more than 15 minutes late, you have to reschedule. I wasn’t going to be more than 15 minutes late. I was here on vacation from Phoenix, I needed a haircut, I trusted this salon, the salon was closed on Sundays, and I was leaving on Monday. Bottom line: Terrible customer service. Don’t follow their own cancellation policies. Don’t go here.

Glow is an extremely professional, highly talented & fun salon!!! The owner & master stylist, Davida Trujillo has cut my perfectly cut my hair for over 20 years & she has constantly grown in her trade but also as a genuine leader while building a highly ethical business. All these years & even when I say cut it the same as the last, Davida kicks it up a notch where it’s always looking more stylish. I ALWAYS get compliments from friends, family & even strangers. And I always recommend any of the stylists at Glow because Davida lovingly & tirelessly coaches them in not only their craft but in customer care & service. Glow Salon is a top notch beauty salon where you will be pampered & enjoy some self-care time. Pardon the leaf but this is a recent professional photo where my hair looked on- point.

This is my second time at Glow Salon and have always had the best experience. My hairdresser Amanda V. is always so friendly and makes conversation with me as a client and just all the staff in general are always so friendly and helpful, especially the front desk receptionist Anisa.

In 2022 I had an issue with the way my hair dye job turned out, the owner allowed for me to go back in and have it fixed for no additional charge. Since then, I have returned multiple times and have been taken care of by Angela (Angela did not do my poor dye job in 2022), she is very professional, personable, and an excellent stylist. I highly recommend Glow, and I most definitely recommend Angela.

5 stars for Vian. She is amazing! 2 stars for reception. Hair: it can be scary trying a new stylist with pixie/bob length hair. I go to her consistently now and I've had my kiddo (3 yrs old) and my husband go to her as well. Knocks it out of the park every single time. She gives a great scalp massage during the shampoo as well. Experience: The only downfall of this wonderful salon is the experience I have every single time with one person while paying at reception after. Very unfriendly and dismissive. Feels very unwelcoming.

Fraudulent charges on my card!! I had a flow up appointment pre-booked and was no longer in the state to make it. When I received the “confirmation email and text” I did not accept and called to cancel. After 3 calls I spoke to someone and cancelled the appointment. They claim they have no record and charged my card anyway! Absolutely awful business practices. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

I absolutely loved my haircut done by Amanda! After following the same barber for 5+ years, I was looking for someone to properly layer a long haired middle part and she did not disappoint. Im in need of another trim soon, so I will be booking my hair appointment here again!

Scheduled for a color appointment and the receptionist anyssa was very helpful and kind. Angela did an amazing job on my hair. I love the atmosphere of the salon and the ladies there are so friendly. I definitely recommend!

I have never been happier with my hair thanks to Glow Salon! I’ve been getting my hair cut here for about a year, and I’ve never once left without feeling like a million dollars. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming, and the environment is so pleasant. Trinity always knows exactly how to make my hair look perfect. She did an amazing job of bleaching my hair from a dark brown to a platinum blond. Trinity is thoughtful, kind, funny, and truly talented at what she does! I always look forward to seeing her. So I travel a lot but whenever I'm back home in Northern New Mexico, it is a necessity to visit Glow Salon. They recently had their own "glow-up" with a remodel to offer better functionality of their space and some window treatments to keep out those hot rays and give the exclusivity vibe. I had used the Kerastase line in the past but the stylists here take it to the next level. I have consistently witnessed various stylists with their clientele (male & female) and I am always impressed. Davida has an education/training program that works to recruit, mentor, and retain genuine talent. Now for my beautiful stylist Sara...How can I ever find another??? She listens to my follicle issues and personal ones :). She lets me be myself for a few hours in a world that has soo much judgment. She gets my auburn tresses to their shiny best (I have been told how gorgeous my hair is multiple times) and helps me try new styles. She takes her time, I never feel rushed for her next client. Did I mention there is a disco ball in there? If you are in Albuquerque or Santa Fe there is no other place to go but Glow for your haircare needs!
