Went in for a gel mani and got lumpy, uneven nails. Also she didn’t fully file off the builder gel I had on before which would have been fine but it was lifting/missing in some places and she just left it. I tried pointing out the lumps twice but she kept saying “it’s good!” I paid $40 after tip and came home crying. My husband encouraged me to go back and ask if she could at least fix the really bad nails. When I went back, the lady acted like she would fix them, sat me down in the chair, looked at them and then turned me away. She said “they’re good!” When I asked if she would at least file down the bump, she said no. No fix and no refund and ugly nails that I have to fix before I start my new job in two days 😭

This is definitely going to be my go to nail salon for the inland empire! Also it’s been a whole week I meant to write this review sooner but I forgot lol. I got the mood changing gel polish so when warm its a light color and when cold it’s a dark color.❤️☺️ p.s. these are my real nails with acrylic on top.💅🏽 book your appointments wit Kanya!

I had a pedicure at Glossy nails. She took her time and did a wonderful job. I love the way they lined the foot basin with a plastic cover. I don’t have to worry about catching anything. I highly recommend this shop.

Did not like my experience. It appears the shop is under new management. I was ignored as soon as I walked in and even though I had an appointment for 2 to be serviced at the same time, they helped us one at a time. The tools were used on multiple people and were not cleaned in between uses and they looked dirty, my experience was rushed and my nails weren't given a proper chance to dry before they slid my shoes back on. Only 1 coat of color polish was used on my friend and she can see a bruise on her nail through the polish still. Even though they were having a 15% off promotion, they did not mention it and I was charged in full. The machine for cards was "down" and they were only taking cash. This was not mentioned until after the service was completed. The music in the shop was being played via cell phone and once one of the employees was done working, they took the phone and the music stopped playing and did not resume the entire time we were there. It was quiet and awkward. Neither me nor my friend received the color we requested. They were close, but not the right shades. Will be going someplace else in the future.

Got my nails done on Thursday afternoon and by Saturday, they were already chipping and lifting. I went in for a gel manicure. Gel is supposed to last over 2 weeks, not 2 days. :( Giving the place 2 stars because at least they took us as a walk-in (I called beforehand to make sure they had time for my daughter and I.) Maybe better service would’ve been received if I had made an appointment. I felt rushed. Even though the place is close to home, I won’t be returning.

I always walk out of the shop & love my nails. Kanya and Mimi are amazing with customers. They both take their time to perfect my nails each time!!

I’ve been coming here for months and the owner never disappoints! I showed her an inspo pic and she delivered! $60 for a design is a great price compared to what these other salons around here wanna charge (cough*cough KC Nails).

Really enjoy this shop . I've been coming here with the new owner for the last 2 months . Very friendly . Love how my set comes out every single time. She truly does not disappoint and love the fact that my teenager comes in here with new designs and she literally makes it happen . Also the massages while getting my pedis done ... literally what i need after a loong week of work .Totally recommend this place .

This place is extremely clean and pricing is relatively low compared to nail salons in 10 mile radius. The lady was super sweet. BE SURE TO CALL AHEAD just to make sure they arent busy. I came yesterday and they told me to come back because they were busy.

Henry and his wife Van are two of the sweetest people you will meet. Living the American Dream, working hard to build a business out of a labor of love. Henry can fix all kinds of nail issues, I know, I had several before coming to him. He is truly an artist with acrylic. He takes my chewed-up, thin, brittle nails and transforms them to elegant and strong. I've been coming here for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience, and my nails continue to grow stronger and healthier. His manicures are great and his wife Van is a pedicure miracle worker. Prices are awesome. The shop is clean and well cared for. Definitely recommended!

Horrible customer service. I was in getting a full set and asked about getting a pedicure. An appointment was late. So the lady started a pedicure on me. And then once the appointment showed up ten minutes late. The lady finished my pedicure in 10 more minutes then decided to tell me she wasn't going to paint my nails! Wth.. You're charging me $16 for a pedicure and not going to paint my nails the way I want them. Well not be coming back.
