Do Not Waste Your Hard Earn Money I have several points I would like to make starting from beginning of the booking process. I booked the initial package online for 3 girls with the option to book an additional girl. As the guest list increase, I needed to change the package. I actually went to the facility to speak with the staff and got to meet the owner/manager whoever she is. Initial encounter was very off putting. She was not helpful whatsoever as I described the situation.

Had my niece her 10th Birthday Party here. The girls loved it. They had their makeup done, dressed up, walked the runway....etc. The young ladies that did the party were so professional.. Thank you Kamari and Alicia.... Thank you Shuntay....We will be back

This place is beautiful but a rip off. For the price you would think more was included, but after paying 400 I was told we couldn’t eat cupcakes because we didn’t add on a $100 party room. And for that price I assumed we would have privacy but no someone else was serviced during my child’s party. Not only that it seems to be a little unorganized. The idea and concept is cute but not well executed.

My nonprofit organization came and the customer service here was horrible, the so called manager was rude. She was extremely snappy . They were also 30 mins late. The manager kept going to the back to get on her phone. She was snappy when I asked for a refund because, half of my girls didn’t want half of their services. The work that they did was mediocre and they claim that they have licensed nail techs. Their product look like they came from 5 below. They were so rude that even the girls noticed it. 0/10 would not recommend.

I booked a party with them about 2-3 weeks ago and had the party over this weekend. We were a bit late, but the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They were very kind, patient, attentive to the my daughter and her friends. I'm certain I'll go back for the mommy/ daughter sessions in the future. Highly recommend for girly girls!

I love this spa I took my daughter and her friend here for her 4th birthday and it was absolutely stunning and the girls had soooo much fun. I read some of the other reviews about this spa and are totally untrue the owner is super sweet and she loves the kids and you truly get what you pay for best money I’ve ever spent for my daughter and her friend! I recommend any any everyone to try her out if you have a little girl they will thank you for it!

Well honestly, I'm not sure if they were just really busy (my daughter's party was originally outdoors but due to rain we had to change plans) or if they were just kinda uninterested in general, but I only had 3 girls and my 2yr old son- he has sisters lol, and loves his get his feet pampered lol! Anyway, for such a short time, and such few people, there price was astronomical and they were incredulous that I dare ask if they had any last minute openings. I'm not discouraging anyone from their service, it may be great but I'll be setting up my own things like this in the future.

I brought my girls here to get their nails done, not only painted. I called and asked if they did manicures, I wanted them to feel good about cleaning the area of around their nails and getting them painted. They didn't do any of that, they only painted their hands and even that was too much for them to handle. Disappointed. Update: the woman on the phone was very helpful, she found a solution to my problem and I was pleased with the outcome. They refunded my money back. And my mistake was that I initially thought it was a nail salon. Thank you guys for helping me.

My 7 year old and her friends enjoyed her birthday party! The LOL suprise dolls package is perfect! Everything moved smoothly and timely! They had a great time! The place is so cute and the hostesses did a great job running the party!

The facility is very nice but some of the staff and the owner are rude and very unorganized. My niece had a party here and they overcharged for the package she purchased, the staff was rude to the kids about what they could and could not play with and it was not the quality of service you would expect for the price that was paid. Its rude when the owner comes in with a bad attitude in what is suppose to be a kid friendly environment. On top of that, you address an adult about the arrangements in front of the children. Very inappropriate. In addition, everything that was included in the package was not fulfilled.

Went to a party here and my daughter had a ball! She loved getting her nails polished and makeup! She was able to dress up as well with costumes. They even had a toast to the birthday girl! You can also play your own music if you want. All the girls really enjoyed their time being pampered!

I have not received my package from them via WISH.... when I called to see if my package had arrived since it was over due, I was brushed off the phone by a lady saying they have a lot of packages that no one has came to claim and she couldn’t tell me cause it goes by bar code. I usually have my packages mailed to a boutique downtown and they would notify and verify my package by my name since their system sometimes went out so why can’t this store! The lady over the phone was not helpful and could care less that I thought so nice of this store to have my package delivered here but never again! I have yet to receive my package by the way.

I have placed two orders with the company. I love most of the items. The reason I am giving 3 stars is my order never shipped until I called and one of the shirts I ordered the material is garbage. Can never wear again. I emailed company and they gave me a 25% refund.

This establishment is also called "Spa 4 Girlz" - but Google only recognizes it as "Glitzy Girlz". This place is ADORABLE. They have a giant runway in the middle of their salon where girls can wear a selection of their costumes and dress-up props. They have small manicure stations and a private party room in the back - the whole store is extremely adorable and very girly. I came here to pick up a shipment I had placed on Wish, and thought I'd give them a shout-out on Google. The lady running the salon that day (who I'm assuming was the manager) was very friendly and left you feeling in a good mood. Unfortunately for the business I have no kids of my own, but I definitely recommend this place to anyone with young girls who wanna get their glam on!
