i got a lash lift and tint from pricilla and im not very happy. my appointment was scheduled for 1:45 and was supposed to be an hour long, however she took me in a whole 20 minutes late and the process took close to two hours. not only that but it just does not look very good, almost as if there is no difference. i’ve been here before once and it didn’t go badly like this time so i dont understand what went wrong.

I had a brow tint and wax, and was burnt on both eyes with wax, very noticeably. I reached out to ask how to treat it, and tried to be understanding since obviously this was an accident. I asked politely for a refund given how bad the burns were. I was offered a refund for only the wax, not the other services. At no point was there an apology. I was really surprised with the lack of concern or effort to compensate. I had to initiate the ask for a refund. Being burnt is not a trivial issue and I’m really disappointed by the response. I won’t be going back and would hope they take this issue more seriously with others.

I had my eyelashes done at this adorable salon. It was very cute but more importantly very clean! I was walked through the whole process and was left feeling comfortable throughout... As a result, my lashes are perfect and just what I asked for! Thank you to Misha for making this a wonderful experience 💙 ❤️

Had a hybrid full set appointment with Nancy. She does a phenomenal job. She’s super friendly and we talk as if we’ve been friends for years! I’ve had other services done with her as well and I couldn’t imagine going to another person for my lashes or brows again. Would recommend her to all my friends! She doesn’t disappoint!

I had my eyebrows tattooed because someone else canceled an appt and I had been meaning to get them done. I had never been to Glitz or worked with Stephanie. She did an amazing job! She corrected previous shading I had and created a perfect shape and color. I loved it so much I went back for lip blushing!!

I recently had my lips blushed by Stephanie and can I just say she did an amazing job with my lippies! She guided me through the whole process and made sure I was as comfy as I could be. Which I barely felt a thing which was amazing as it can be uncomfortable. The color looks phenomenal and I cannot wait to come back for my touch up!

I went to Stephanie for a small tattoo and had the best experience! She gave me options for the tattoo that I picked out, and helped me pick the perfect place to put it. This was my first tattoo so I was very nervous but she made it very comfortable and talked me through all the steps she was taking! Micha is an AMAZING lash tech! I love my lashes so much. You will not be disappointed coming here. The place is cute, clean, has parking, and you can tell they know their stuff. Also the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend. Best lashes I have had since I moved to MA/Boston area.

Recently had a tiny tattoo session with Stephanie, who as soon as I walked through the doors made me feel as though I was right at home. I was more than willing to be a model for Stephanie’s practice, as her work always turns out beautiful. She has a lot of patience and takes her time - meanwhile making sure you are comfortable and happy with the work when done. Highly recommend her for any permanent makeup services, & tiny tattoos!
