I wish I didn’t have to give a one star. But the gentleman who did my nails there did a horrible job the acrylics that I have one do not match the length of my own nails. The pedicure was basic when I requested for the deluxe spa pedicure. And my polish is already chipping from my pedicure I had it done on Thursday it was chipping the next day. I don’t know what happened to this place but they use to be fantastic before. But now, they have went downhill quite a bit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called at 3pm about pedicures for me and my 15 year old daughter. They said they close at 4, i said we will arrive by 330. I drove 45 min, arrived at 320, and walked in. They had 4 or 5 girls in there working on them. Not a issue, I don't mind waiting. Me and my daughter both sit down in pedicure stations like we were told. About 30 min into our wait another woman walks in. They tell her no more clients. About 15 min later another woman comes in. They have her sit down. An hour after we arrive they come then my water on but not my daughters. They don't even speak to my daughter let alone do anything for her. They then start working on the lady that came in well after us. When I speak up about my daughter's water not even being turned on they were rude and only would say "no appointment walk ins only " but I did walk in, I called ahead to confirm they had time for us. We walked in well before the other lady who only waited maybe 10 or 15 min before she recieved services. We left without receiving anything but attitude and rude treatment. It's fun y gow my daughter was the only brown skin person in the building and they wouldn't even turn her water on for her foot bath....

Clean,friendly environment. They do what you ask them to do, when possible. Reasonably priced. Great service.

If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Not only were they rude to me, I watched them be rude to others. Completely disregarded questions and barked orders. Threw the color selections down in front of me after I asked for a color suggestions. Put LITERALLY 7 layers of polish on my nails and now they look thick and weird.

Chinda does amazing pedicures! Absolutely the best I have EVER had! They recently installed new pedi/massage chairs and new nail stations. And they are also doing some more renovations. I totally recommend!

My experience wasn’t the best. The lady that was doing my nails was rough and rude . I haven’t had my nails on for 2 days and one has already popped off by me trying to unbuckle my seat belt .

New ownership, nice people. However, I've been twice and have NEVER seen anyone sanitize instruments or use fresh sets between clients. NEVER.

I honestly like my nails but for the experience, it was not worth 50 dollars. The lady who did my nails was really rough with the file and buffing block. When she started using the nail drill she kept hitting my lateral and proximal nail folds (sides of fingers and upper cuticle area). I know she didn't mean to but when I would jump in pain, she would apologize and keep accidentally doing it again which made me bleed.. another thing that was somewhat unsettling was when I came back from washing the nail dust off my hands she was using the cuticle nippers on her fingers before using them on mine. I don't know much about nail salons because I don't usually go but I'm pretty sure those are supposed to be disinfected between each customer. She was a really nice person and I won't include her information or work station because I don't think she needs to be called out, I would just appreciate if the company would work as a whole to improve the quality of customer service and care, Thank you.

I’m not usually the type to leave reviews but this needs to be said… Okay, first of all, I chose Exclusive Nails because it was the top rated locally. I read multiple reviews and the worst one was about the pedicure choices not being super clear and accessible. I thought why not? I go in and am greeted right away, asked what services I’m wanting, and seated in a pedi chair. A nail tech comes over and begins, without asking any questions. I didn’t say anything because I wanted the premium pedi anyhow. The tech finishes, and seats me to get my full set. I show her a photo, she says she can do it. She gets started and isn’t very gentle. My cuticles were cut many times with the drill to the point that I started bleeding (i should have left right then but it was an honest mistake and the tech apologized). She pulled out white polish and I stopped her because the photo I showed had pink polish. She says she can’t do the pink for some reason (I honestly can’t remember why) and called the owner, I believe, over to see the photo. The owner says the same thing. I ask “so you can’t use the same color as my toes?” She sends the tech over to her client and tries doing the design I want. After many attempts I tell her I’m fine with a solid nail. I pay and leave. When I get home, I take a closer look and see how awful (to put it bluntly) my nails and toes are. Streaky, bumpy and somehow not the same color. MY FINGERS AND TOES ARE TWO DIFFERENT COLORS😂😭. I called the next day and asked if there’s anything they could do and all they said was they would “look at them.” Never again.

My regular nail salon was closed unexpectedly so for the first time in a few years I thought I'd give this one a shot again. After forty five minutes of waiting, one of the nail artists messed up a little girl's nails so badly that another nail artist approached her and told her she had to remove the polish from the client's nails. I couldn't see what was done but she kept telling her she had done it incorrectly and the finished product wouldn't look right. The little girl sat there apologizing to the nail artist, when she did nothing wrong, and the artist huffed and puffed and ignored her. I would have happily waited longer for something that is a walk in service but seeing that go down quickly sent me out the door.

The lady that did my nails cut my fingers in multiple places around my nails. She also left lots of air bubbles in the acrylic/shellac. I also have one chipping already. I love their pedicures but not so much the manicures.

They had did good at 1st the lady but then the woman has too go on break I guess and a man took over. And my pinky nail is bigger then the other and my thumbnail is bigger then the other. Some our crooked. And then they didn't do the design I wanted.... Just not Happy that I paid $45.00!dollars and I'm not liked other people can go get my stuff done all the time. My hubby was treating me to this. And they messed them up. Which I'm not going to tell him that. It break his heart 💔...

Wanted acrylic had a picture and got dip not even close to what I asked for . Didn't seem to care about what I actually requested. Just did what she wanted. Paid way to much to be so disappointed. Will not go back

I was really pleased with this place. The woman who did my pedi did a great job. My nails looked fabulous. No waiting & lots of chairs. Good price. The only thing I didn't care for was that they don't use individual plastic lining in the tubs for each pedi. Other than that it was super.

Went in for a pedicure and a full set. Pedicure started as soon as I got there two hours later, I am still sitting there waiting for them to finish the (what I thought and told them I wanted, which was regular black nail polish) polish. Was annoyed by this time when I went to leave they wanted to charge me $70 for the pedicure. I said why it was a regular pedi with regular polish only to be informed that the lady put gel polish on me so I still had to pay $50 for the service. I left without getting my nails done.
