this was the worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. i got cut 5 times and was there for three hours one of them include waiting. nails turned out good but do not recommend this place.

This place is great. The employees are very friendly and genuinely seem to appreciate their customers. The pedicure chair was comfortable and the pedicure was great.

I love this place! I've been coming here for years. The staff is skilled, patient and accomodating. I've never left this little spa disappointed.

Does not listen to what you want Never trimmed my nails straight The gel under my nails is to thick. 180.00 is way to much for this mess No air conditioner it was miserable hot they had 1 fan.. the guy that done my nails His nails was so long he was cutting into my fingers n toes with those long nails of his. They are very rough😂 Bad experience I’ll take my 180.00 somewhere that they appreciate their customers Did do good on my eye brows

Doesn't listen to clients had to tell Nancy multiple times I didn't like what she was doing and that I didn't want my nails shaped the way she did it she ruined them first didnt ask me what I wanted and just took it upon her self to change my shape and length of my nails and their my real nails I will never go back or tell my friends to go

The people here are very friendly and you can get in any time without an appointment. I have loved the manicures they have done for me and they are exactly what I have asked for.

My toenails aren't even cut straight. The polish is messy and on my skin. The acrylic on my nails is over my cuticles. My previous blue polish wasn't completely removed and shows. The nails are very thick. My friend also has polish all around her toenails. Looks like we did them ourselves.

I absolutely hated my experience, I had to wait over an hour and a half, the nail tech did not listen to anything I said, more than once she hit my hand on the plexiglass, she was very rough, I told her I wanted short nails she didn't listen, my nails are not even they are all different lengths then over charged me by $15. My advice do not go there!!!!!

It is very expensive & they are not very friendly. Was told to get gel nails would cost $50 plus some. But she waited until she had put the nails on me to tell me it was going to cost me $70 so by that point it was too late not to get them done they had already did started it so I will never go back to that place and Will never recommend it to anyone. Would actually suggest the people that if you go there get your total before they ever start and pay your total bill before they can change it. They are located in The crossroads Mall in Beckley West Virginia.

Super happy with my Dip powder and pedicure. I am very simple and only like natural colors they where able to match exactly what I had in mind. Friendly environment and they take care of you right away 🤍

They spend to much time talking on phones to friends n say all of 15 words to you the entire time I was there,their .anger was on vacation at the time,n the guy was the one that did the 45.00$ pedicure,all for nothing

Expensive and I didnt get what I wanted. Nails were really thick and filed wrong. It looked like a blob of paint on my fingers.

I asked for a nude nail with simple black lines. I walked out with nails with a pure white base that looked like zebras. He cut my fingers and was very rough, he never once asked to look at the picture of the nails I wanted. He basically winged the whole thing. The place is very unsanitary. He used the same file and drill on 3 different people and I never saw him wash his hands once. Terrible salon!

Extremely poor quality work and when you tell them they are hurting you they simply laugh and say it’s not their fault that you must be sensitive. Extremely misshapen nails to top it all off. Anyways, we will definitely not be returning.

The lady cut my real nail down to short and caused my whole nail to come off. She was rude, and when I called and told her about it. She yelled at me and called me crazy. Horrible place

Tried the dip powder with gel and I love it. Cut time in half and nails look amazing. Nails should last at least a month.

Wasn't satisfied this time if they pay more attention to what they are doing my nails would have came out good like the last three times I been there..and she got a Smart mouth.. will take my Business somewhere else
