Mi experiencia en este salón no fue la mejor. Acudí solicitando un presupuesto para un balayage y una keratina. Durante mi cita, decidimos comenzar con el balayage, y mostré fotos del resultado que deseaba obtener, confiando en que podrían replicarlo. Sin embargo, el resultado final no fue lo que pedí ni algo similar a mis expectativas. Aunque el resultado no se ve "mal" según otros, no era lo que deseaba. Lo que realmente me decepcionó fue que, en lugar de explicarme de manera honesta si era posible lograr el resultado que quería o si se requerían más procedimientos (como pintar la base) simplemente hicieron lo que consideraron "bien" para mí. Creo firmemente que es el cliente quien debe decidir, especialmente cuando se trata de un cambio tan importante como el color del cabello. Añado que pase por 2 toners porque no me gusto el primer resultado (y del segundo al darme cuenta que no estaría similar, solo quería terminar e irme) Además, terminé pagando $40 más de lo presupuestado, algo que no noté en el momento porque, después de casi cinco horas en el salón (de 11 a. m. a casi 4 p. m.), estaba agotada y preocupada por el estado de mi cabello. Ahora estoy buscando otro lugar donde puedan corregir lo que no me gustó. Lamento decir que no recomendaría este salón para quienes buscan una experiencia transparente y orientada a cumplir con las expectativas del cliente.

My first experience at the salon was Friday, I received a soothing scalp massage during my shampoo and I am very happy with the cut and blow drying techniques. Elma & Flo were an amazing team and I will definitely be back. They shared some smart ideas about how to tame my hair that tends to get frizzy in the humidity. Thank you so much! My second experience at this Salon was even better then the first... Elma is definitely an artist when it comes to your hair! I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for the best stylists around.

I came here for a butterfly layer cut and a gloss over and Elma did not disappoint! She did such a great job. They also only use organic hair products, which left my hair feeling so healthy afterwards. Will be coming back!

I had THE BEST experience at Glamour Salon. I found Glamour Salon by Elma through the “Dunedin Florida Happenings” and other Largo/Clearwater social media facebook pages because it was highly recommended. I’m so glad I did! Everyone is so welcoming. Amazing staff and it is beautiful on the inside! Elma is the owner and she is a rockstar!!! I absolutely love her! I just wanted a simple haircut but she absolutely transformed my hair! She has turned my hair the best it's ever looked, she’s so talented! 100/10 would recommend her! I cannot wait for my next appointment. Reasonably priced. Top notch service. Thank you Elma!!! See you soon! 🩷

The best place I could finelly find in Tampa Bay. Elma who is master stylist from Milano (.Italy ) did fantastic work today and is so professional , Elma pays attention to detail in her skills with color and cutting , and chose a suitable look for my hair texture, im so amazed with her skills, i left looking 10 yrs younger and feeling better than i have in years,thank you Elma❤️

Elma was amazing!!! This is my first ever getting my hair done professionally and Elma did an amazing job!! I explained to her what I wanted and she recommended doing a non bleach (highlight was the bleaching part) as i had done box dye before. And the results came out better than i expected. She took her time to explain to me the process and answered all my questions. 10/10 will be coming back!

I had such a wonderful experience at Glamour Salon! The salon was clean and chic and their products are top-notch! I was looking for a change, so I booked a full highlight and toner with a trim. Mojan was so amazing! Not only was she super receptive to my requests, but she was also flexible and understanding of my hectic schedule. I really can't say enough about what a great experience I had. I will definitely be returning!

MY ONLY TRUSTED HAIRDRESSER IN THE AREA! I absolutely love Elma and this salon. I have gotten multiple haircuts here, where every step of the process is delightful. It can be expensive so pay attention to what you are requesting for your haircut. The selfie was only $45 but I styled it myself, not the salon. I attached two photos of my haircuts, where Elma gives her honest opinion on what would fit you and shes always right! You definitely have to go to this salon at least once to see if its your fit, because it probably is! And make sure to tip the hair washers :) They do a full massage!

Elma deserves a super star. I have been looking for a great hair stylist for a while in Tampa Bay Area. Finally I found someone who always makes you look different in every appointment. I have been getting my hair done by Elma and her team for 1 year. They are very professional, great products and always coming up with new look for me. It is amazing to go to work today after getting the hair done yesterday and getting that WOW factor. Highly recommended for everyone who want to look great and invest to themselves.
