This has to be the worst nail salon I’ve ever went to in my entire life! From their customer service to actually doing nails if I could give them no stars I would. The man and woman who own the shop are extremely rude and always have an attitude. I’ve let them do my nails twice and both times they showed me they cannot do nails I get chrome the chrome chips in a day and when I go back, they try to charge me because their product is chipping. Not to mention when I came back home I had to re-file my nails myself because they do not know how to shape either. A simple square btw…. The second time I went, I asked for French tip, and the woman could not do French tip and caught a attitude with me because I was showing her pictures of what kind of French tip I prefer. I would not spend my money here. There are plenty other nail shops in Santa Clarita area. Don’t waste your time..

Been coming here for years. The wait without an appointment is usually minimal and no matter who you get for your pedicure they always do a great job!

I will not be back. Used them once before and they were ok. This time they were incredibly slow. Took two and a half hours to get a fill and a pedicure. He cut and burned me with the nail file multiple times. Deep cut on my pinky that he dug into with one of his nails. They couldn't do any of the simple designs I asked for (I wanted a pumpkin) asked for almond nails and he didn't understand (I got round nails) and ended up just getting a plain color because they couldn't do anything else. Very very very disappointed. I do not recommend.

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT GO HERE! I didn't read the reviews. If I had, I wouldn't have gone. I've wasted money and time. My nails look like a 3rd grader did them. They are crooked, he cut me in several places, was yanking my hand around the entire time. How is this place still open??? All pictures shown are AFTER I asked for him to fix my nails. This was $47? Unfortunately I paid in cash and because of that will have to file a claim with BBB to get my money back. Idk if I want to bother but I'm putting them on blast everywhere I can to ensure no one else goes through this. Another person said their license is expired, so maybe a call to the board is in order. Please don't waste your time here though.

My mom went over to get a pedicure done. She came back and was not happy with her results. She paid $40 for a gel pedicure in which the nail polish did not cover her toe nails completely. They are charging $40 for a gel pedicure for it to look like a 7 year old did it. I would most definitely not recommend this place. Unfortunately, my mom made the mistake of not looking this place up to read the reviews to make sure the place wasn’t at the bottom, so please don’t make this same mistake. Don’t waste $40 on this place!!!
