Blanca is great. For a newbie like myself, whom had no knowledge on cryo therapy. She explained everything. How it works, that i have to do my part also. She answered all my questions. Blanca is an expert and professional. Her personality is warm and comforting.

First of all, my technician Blanca is super nice and great to talk to. She deserves 5 stars for her professionalism and kindness. However, the cryo t didn’t work for me no matter how well I followed the instructions in the contract. Disappeared and a big waste of money. No refunds. No free treatment for being disappointed with cryo t. Though why would I waste my time doing something that doesn't even work. Never again! In response to the merchant: You don't know the story. I did follow the instructions. The reason for it taking so long to complete (and Blanca said it was OK) is because since Oct I had to assist taking care of my mother in law who is 85, diabetic and handicapped. Therefore, there were many times the family needed me and I had to cancel. It wasn't until end of the year that we were able to hire a day caregiver for her. Yes, Blanca did offer extra sessions, but they were brief. Sometimes I asked and we simply ran out of time. Funny thing now I have been doing the same things, diet, water etc and have lost weight and inches since Feb. Only thing different is I make sure I get my steps (walking) in everyday. So don't need any of these treatments, saving me money!

She is very passionate about helping her clients get great results and took the time to put me at ease, explain the process, expectations and the cost to find a plan that would meet my needs and budget. I have to say from the receptionist to the actual beautiful women who provides services are top notch. This is the place that u can come to with all your flaws and they make u feel so beautiful and empowered even before the treatment. Management is sketchy as in the owners however if u get past that u will be embraced by some of the most genuine beautiful intelligent women who really provide a topnotch experience. These dedicated women are the reasons why I am proud to be naturally beautiful and of mixed race.

I’ve had my doubts in these things and refuse any forms of poison, surgery or injections ... this was a healthy alternative and I can’t believe I actually saw a difference after one session! Blanca was really welcoming and friendly and cleared any anxiousness I had about it. I’m really excited that I tried and can’t wait to continue and keep seeing results!

Overall, great experience! Blanca is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I actually noticed immediate visible results in my arms (the areas I had the process completed on). My only complaint is actually involving payment collection. I decided on a pkg but was informed that I couldn't put down an amount below $500 for the pkg and since I wasn't prepared to do that on that day, I wasn't allowed to sign up for or schedule another session, which I didn't really follow. As long as the session is paid for each time and certainly in full by the final session, why does my deposit amount matter? Other than that, it was a really good experience and I've even sent the information to my sister for future use. I will also be scheduling my pkg session as soon as I am able (would love to be able to schedule online:-) My other recommendation would be to have someone always available to answer the phone during business hours. I usually got a text response to my initiated call, however, on the day of my appointment, when I was first trying to find the building, I called to get directions and no one answered. As such, it took more time trying to find the building which made me about 15 minutes late for my appointment.

This was first time trying this. Blanca was especially helpful and answered all my questions. Cryo T shock really works! I lost a few inches off my abdomen in one session.
