I am very impressed with the attention to detail Flo did with my Brazilian Wax and Vagacial. The one hour service was so comfortable and the discomfort was minimal. If you are in the Harlingen area she is your was girl!

My first time getting lashes, so I was a little nervous. Kayla did an excellent job answering all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. She was super nice, and did an excellent job!! Highly recommend Glam Spot! I feel so pretty!!

They did an amazing job on my eyelashes. They feel healthy, and soft, and look beautiful. I've gotten lots of compliments. They were also very informative on how to maintain them. By far the best results I've ever gotten.

I had my first Brazilian wax with flo. I was walked through with what to expect, post wax care instructions things not to do! It was painful at first but I plan to keep going back. I moved to the valley not too long ago, happened upon Glam Spot, and I couldn’t be happier! I’m not a bougie gal, but my eyelashes grow straight and only hold curl with mascara for about an hour, so eyelash lifts are perfect for me. The curl lasts FOR MONTHS. I’ve been so happy that I’ve been going there for over a year now, and Flo is amazing. Run, don’t walk to book your appointment!

I went in for a VIP facial and I had an amazing facial experience! Kayla took the time to consult with me beforehand, discussing my skin type and concerns to tailor the treatment perfectly. My skin feels refreshed and has really cleared up. All the beauticians are friendly and welcoming. I was well taken care of from the start. Highly recommend this place!!

I went in with Bea for a volume lash set. After 2.5 hours I look in the mirror and I was unsure why it looked like I had no work done. I asked Bea if she was done because I was confused. She then said yes and told me she lashed every lash I had. I showed her beforehand a pic of what I wanted and I didn’t get anything close to the photo. She suggested maybe it was mega volume in which case, she could’ve said that initially and I would’ve paid the difference. What I received was classic. There is no way I received a volume set. My left eye even has shorter lashes than the right. I am very disappointed with the services received. UPDATE🚨 Flo the owner reached out immediately and offered to redo my lashes. She was amazing and very knowledgeable on lash extensions! She explained the process and the differences of extensions. I appreciated the fact that she took the time to reach out to me to make sure I had a better experience. I am happy to say that I am now a satisfied customer!!

I get my lashes done with Flo and she’s always so fast and so good! My lashes always last and she’s very flexible! Flo also does my brows and they always look perfect. I recently got a pedicure with Judy and I had a great experience! Judy did an amazing job ❤️

I am obsessed! My very first visit to the salon to get my lashes tinted and curled and my eyebrows shaped and tinted for the first time...I'm hooked! Best of all, they accommodated my very last minute (less than 24 hours) request to schedule these services! The experience was so relaxing and the technician had such a gentle hand. The salon is clean and bright with refreshments when you check-in. The staff is kind and professional with INCREDIBLE customer service. Relocating to a new place, searching for quality, professional services makes you appreciate when you find a self-care home and GLAM SPOT is mine! Thank you again!

I went in today and got my eyebrows, facial and blowout done. Raelyn did an amazing job, the facial was very soothing and relaxing. I love the way my eyebrows and hair came out! Amazing service and great atmosphere. Respectful employees. I had a great experience today at Glam Spot, would definitely recommend to friends and family!!

I Scheduled an appt for two mani and pedi's. I let my daughter go 1st. While I waited on mani. One hour later I canceled my service due to still waiting for mani. As I waited for my daughter to finish her pedi. I was advised that they overbooked. I advised them they should have called me to reschedule versuses having me sit there and waste my time. I was also not advised they only had one chair for pedi services when I scheduled my appt. Poor customer service. I am all about promoting small businesses, but this business I will not waste my time with again. Note: No one at Salon apologized and my appt was not on Christmas day. Normally if there is a delay on service I am contacted prior to service or as I am walking in. No communication was made by staff until over an hour had passed. No apologies were made either.
