Emily and her team offer great customer service and are very thorough with the procedures and follow up. First time I needed to come back for a touch up (free of charge) but Emily learned how my body reacted from that and have never had a follow up since then. Highly recommended!

Jessica made my first experience there amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain every detail so you can make informed decisions, and isn’t pushy or forceful. Can. Not. Recommend. Enough. First off, you walk in and are greeted by the most stunningly beautiful and kind office manager, who makes you feel so welcomed. Secondly, the whole atmosphere of the waiting area and treatment rooms are pristine and set such a perfect ambiance for your entire experience. Each of the clinicians I’ve met are incredibly kind and approachable. I see Emily and she always makes me feel so comfortable and never makes our appointment feel rushed, although I’m usually in and out lickidy split, which is perfect for my busy life. Their website is extremely simple to book your appointments through and very easy to navigate and understand. My results last the amount of time they are expected to and I am always so happy and pleased.

I absolutely love everything about getting skin! It is a super comfortable environment and every person I have met that works there is wonderful, kind and so helpful. Emily did my consult and she was so kind, educated and listened to everything we discussed and gave the best advice. Sue is the one who actually does my treatments and she is a doll! These ladies are awesome. I am doing the emsculpt neo in three treatment areas and got a wonderful deal, I'm going to be going back to get their skin care products as well as lip filler and planning to do and sculpting you again in the spring. They are absolutely five stars, 10 out of 10!! I would recommend them to any person for all services. Not to mention the amazing deals they offer!! Whatever treatment you're looking for go there first!

I came to this medical spa for lip filler. I had been here before in 2019 and didn’t have the best experience with Botox but thought that I would try again- this was a different service. I should have listened to my intuition and what my gut was telling me. At my initial consultation I was assured that one syringe of lip filler would be MORE than enough to achieve a plumper upper lip. Imagine my surprise when I am told that I would need some in the bottom as well ( my lower lip is much fuller than my upper). With all of the times I was injected in the lower lip of felt like to ME I was getting more filler there then where I requested it. At the end of the appointment I was told that I had some filler left and that if I needed tweaking in 2 weeks they would use that- and again be more than enough. I went back in 2 weeks later and it was not enough- so I purchased an additional 1/2 syringe to achieve my desired result. I was excited but conflicted as to why I would need 1 1/2 syringes to achieve my result when I was assured one would be enough. I had major bumps and lumps but trusted the process from what I read online. I had an additional appointment to have these massaged out during this process. I came back 2 weeks later for a recheck and it still didn’t achieve the result. I am not asking for HUGE lips- I wanted a more than a natural enhancement- but not duck lips. At this recheck I was told to try a lip flip to see if that would help. I paid more money for the Botox on this area and it had no effect- didn’t work. I call today and express my frustrations and I am booked an appointment. Emily proceeds to tell me that it is my anatomy that is all wrong with my upper lip and the bumps that are still visible in my lips are not filler. I know they weren’t there before and I also wanted to know where the filler went that was injected in these areas- since she could not feel it. No response. And to top it all off I was told that to try and achieve my goal I would need to buy another syringe!! That would be 2- 2 1/2 syringes - and my lips were NOT small to start with! i am not new to the injectable world so this all seems preposterous to me. Now I have paid almost $1200 for lip injections… and have to find someone to fix them to what I asked for- costing me more money. I would avoid this business at all costs- the owner likes to be confrontational and claim it is all of the patients fault. I left today in tears. I would NEVER recommend this place to my friends/ family. She charges the most for the same product another med spa has for 1/2 the cost- and it isn’t skill that drives the price up that’s for sure… it’s greed.

I can not even find words good enough to say how great my experience was! Jessica did a thurough consult with me about my goals before anything. She was very knowledgeable and explained things well! When she injected the botox, she used a “face vibrator” on my skin next to it to distract from the needles. It worked like a charm! Their spa is classy but comfortable all at the same time! If you were wondering where to go for facial treatments, etc., look no further!

I had the BEST results with my facial. I was listened to, my treatment customized, and post-treatment recommendations included products I already used (even though Giddie didn’t sell them) and recommended products. I’m so glad I found Giddie! This is my new go-to spot!

Where do I start?! They are super friendly and knowledgeable. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in! My laser hair removal was my first time trying that and Amanda eased all my worries. She’s amazing! Emily did my lip filler, she’s amazing! All services I’ve had there have been exceptional!

With out a doubt, the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time! Dayna was so informative and fun. The peel did amazing things to my sun damaged skin. The products she put me on are working like no other I’ve ever tried (and that is ALOT) The spa is so cute and clean. I’m anxious to return.
