I am so happy with my results! It was my first time getting lip fillers so I was of course a little nervous. The entire process was seamless and Jojo did an amazing job, from walking me through the procedure, to listening to exactly what I wanted and delivering the results. The recovery has been great, I experienced very little discomfort. The facility itself and the staff is great, I needed to reschedule my original appointment and they were able to accommodate me. Highly recommend Jojo and this facility in general!

This place is the definition of luxury! I had an amazing experience at this medspa! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The staff made me feel so comfortable, and the injectors were incredibly professional and skilled. I felt completely safe and confident in their hands throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in detail, making sure I knew what to expect. The results were exactly what I wanted, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for top-notch care in a spotless, welcoming environment.

At the time of booking, I clearly told the office my flight times and was assured that my appointment would be scheduled accordingly. I even arrived early, yet I was still made to wait almost two hours while they completely disregarded my schedule. I reminded staff several times that I needed to leave by a certain time. I had a virtual consultation with Jacob only a few days before and he looked at my face in various lighting and angles where I outlined my goals and preferences. I clearly stated that I did not want threads, and Jacob initially agreed to that plan. His proposed treatment plan included Radiesse filler for my jawline and tear trough filler and at no point did he suggest that threads were required or conditional. However, when I flew in for my in-person appointment just days later, he completely forgot about this plan and suddenly insisted that he wouldn’t do my jawline without adding threads—something I had explicitly refused. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, where I was misled in the consult only to be pressured in person. After that, I was offered tear trough filler, which I agreed to. But once again, I was left waiting too long, and at that point, I told them I didn’t want my eyes to be rushed. My Lyft was literally arriving in 5 minutes by that point. Then, Jacob mistakenly thought I was getting PRP—even though they had already charged me for filler. The ongoing lack of attention to detail and the miscommunication were beyond frustrating. I understand that virtual consultations have limitations, but that does not excuse forgetting the agreed-upon treatment plan just days later or attempting to pressure a client into a procedure they explicitly declined. A consult, whether virtual or in-person, is meant to establish trust and alignment on treatment—not to be disregarded the moment a patient walks through the door. To make matters worse, they kept both my $75 virtual consultation fee and my $100 in-person consultation fee, despite the complete lack of organization and professionalism. If you’re considering Jacob, I’d skip the virtual consult entirely and go straight to an in-person visit—though, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend either. This was a complete waste of airfare (over $1k) and my valuable time. If you go to him, make sure you are not on a tight timeline. He is very busy, and for good reason judging by his social media if that is to be trusted, but IMO I feel he is stretched way too thin if he can’t remember me from just a few days earlier and some people—like me—end up paying the price. There are plenty of injectors out there who actually listen to their clients, are honest in virtual consultations and respect their client’s time. Unfortunately, this isn’t one of them.

My first time visiting a medspa and I couldn’t be happier. Jojo was very kind and knowledgeable she answered all of my questions. She also talked me through the procedures and kept me calm throughout the little pain I did experience. The facility is clean and comfortable! The entire staff makes sure to check if you need anything and make your time there comfortable. I purchased a product and accidentally left it in the spa and they were closed before I could go back to get it. The team ensured I received a new bottle of product without charging me again. The customer service is top tier, the work is top tier, and the injectors are TOP TIER!

Booked an appointment here to get my chin done because I really like the way Jacob has done my chin and jaw in the past. upon walking in I saw a girl who works there that I used to know. we had a falling out three years ago, had no idea she still even worked there. I went to my appointment room, gave them my information and did the before photos, sat there for almost 45 minutes before a girl came in and told me they would be denying me my service because of the employee who works there who doesn’t like me. I found this to be extremely unprofessional considering she wasn’t the person doing my filler anyways, and we amicably greeted each other when I walked in. However, I acted like an adult and decided to get up and leave but I asked them to refund my $100 appointment deposit first since they were denying me my service. They said they refunded it. I waited over a week and never got the deposit refunded and now I have had to call my bank. Do not bring your business here, I will not be returning ever again and neither will any of my friends. Very unprofessional. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Incredible experience from start to finish. Jacob has created a seamless process for his patients and his attention to detail is apparent every step of the way. The entire staff is friendly and inviting. I have experienced the work of all three providers and they are all excellent. I appreciate when an injector tells you “no, you don’t need that”. It speaks to their integrity, as well as their goal to keep results looking natural (and like the name says, refreshed). As a fellow clinician, I appreciate their focus on safety in all the procedures they perform. The day spa is a true treat. Not only do their services improve mental wellness and relaxation, but also physical wellness, mental clarity, wound healing, and collage production. Highly recommend!

I got PDO threads done elsewhere and unfortunately a thread ended up poking out. Thankfully I found Get Refreshed and Jacob removed them for me successfully. I am so grateful! I want to note that this med spa is in a great location, super easy to find and they have their own dedicated parking lot. Once you enter, all staff are extremely friendly!! I felt very welcomed. They offered me drinks and food multiple times. After consultations with two injectors, Jacob decided to remove the thread that was poking through. I had the luxury of using laughing gas while getting my procedure! I also got a little pick me up and had the tip of my nose touched up! I’m feeling like Barbie!! I hope they open up their day spa soon so I can come here with my girlfriends for a spa date. Thank you GF!!

Jojo, Jacob, and the Staff are amazing! Even the lidocaine with the syringe is amazing 😂!!!! I have been to the best injectors and I have to say there top notch! I’m so happy collete and Steph mentioned Get Refresh! I would have never switched from my old injector if it wasn’t for her moving away. I had a great experience at Get Refreshed! The staff were super sweet and gave us blankets when we were cold and brought us coffee. Jojo was my injector and she was absolutely amazing. My mother and I traveled from Ohio and spent two days getting beautified by the amazing Jacob and JoJo. What a perfect experience. The Med Spa is stunning, the suite we stayed in was gorgeous and the treatment from all of the staff was exceptional! The most impressive part was the team work displayed by every staff member. They have such a great team of talented individuals who all work so well together. We feel so grateful for this experience. Everyone is so kind and went above and beyond to customize the perfect beauty package for us. The staff here are absolutely great. What an experience! Jacob is an artist and really knew how to cater my treatment to make me look my best. He’s very experienced and it shows! I loved my results. Don’t settle for anything but the best! This is the place!
