They always go above and beyond, from the front desk to the nurses. Raegan is really kind and very understanding. She does great work and listens to concerns. I trust this Medspa and highly recommend.

Due to being stuck in traffic For over 45 minutes to get from the north side down to the south side, I was five minutes late to my scheduled appointment and was told that I had to reschedule. Not a very good way to treat a potential first-time client. They could’ve at least let me fill out the required paperwork at that time.

I cannot recommend this spa to enough people! I love this med spa! From the front desk, MA’s, and RN’s , everyone is so friendly and nice and makes the whole experience 10/10. They truly care about you.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Genesis Spa. On January 21st, I drove 45 minutes in icy, dangerous conditions, with temperatures at just 15 degrees, to make my appointment. Despite arriving only 8 minutes late due to the weather, I was turned away and told I needed to reschedule. The lack of understanding and flexibility was incredibly frustrating, especially since just a week prior, Genesis Spa had to reschedule my appointment due to their device being broken—a situation I accommodated without issue. It seems this courtesy is not extended to their clients. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, making me feel undervalued as a customer. The attitude they displayed was unprofessional and left a lasting negative impression. This experience showed a complete disregard for their clients' time and safety. Genesis Spa has lost my business, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Chelsea is amazing! It was truly the best Botox experience I have ever had. I am typically afraid of needles but she made it seemingly painless and her demeanor and energy is calming and professional. I have never had a bad experience at Genesis MedSpa and I’ve been going there for 7 years! Dr. and her team set the bar for exceptional service!

Things have changed, particularly at front /sales desk. Mediocre in friendliness. Rude if you email a question. Dr. J, Injections and care still great after decades, but not all is as it seems on social media. Watch your receipts, and don’t dare ask a question. “Front desk or sales” gets super defensive quickly. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on for services.

I've (41year female) been working with Maria at Genesis the last two or so years and my skin has markedly improved. I used to have cystic acne and lots of white heads but my cystic acne is now pretty much gone after my monthly facials. She also recommended some mini facial pads from the product line they carry that I do one time a week and this has probably also helped my skin.
