I went in old and just mundane looking. I came out refreshed and springy. One of my classmates from high school said I look like a teenager. Kenny took care of me, giving me the best shampoo and blowout I've ever received. I will go back!!

I’m still fairly new to Cleveland so I thought I’d try this place. I met Jana when I walked in and asked if she could trim my hair. It was fairly long and I decided I wanted to go a LITTLE shorter. After shampooing my hair and sitting me at her station she started cutting it. I showed her numerous picture of how exactly I wanted my hair cut (older photos of me). She BUTCHERED my hair soooooooo short it’s uneven and I can’t do anything with it. I can’t even put it in a normal pony tail. I will NEVER go back to this place!!!! Unbelievable how bad she messed my hair up!!!

My daughter and I asked for a trim. Which is just a few inches n he ended up cutting about 6 inches and neither one of our hair is cut straight. I had to even my daughter's hair up. We both did have really long hair but not now. We both was very disappointed. And this is why neither of us have gone to a salon.

Kenny was PHENOMENAL!! I went in expecting a bland trim and some face bangs, even though I typically give stylists a bit of freedom. Kenny took my hair and transformed it!! first, he examined my hair, taking note of its qualities. then, I got an incredible and luxurious head massaging shampoo experience. following that, I got a beautiful cut with movement and lifted weight. I was blown away by the results! he took so much time and care with me and didn't make me feel rushed in the least. he was so personable and kind and he was just instantly someone I felt comfortable with. and then he told me the price and I gaped at how little it was based on the services I received! I have def found my new stylist!! thank you, kenny!!

This was the most amazing experience. Kenny did an amazing job. I will definately be coming back. Everything is superb. And, my hair looks fabulous.

They really messed my baby's hair up bad I would ask them to fix it but at this point I'm guessing it just needs shaved very upset p.s his grandma took him or I would have not left with it looking like that.

Love going here! Nikki has been doing my hair for years and never disappoints! (That’s hard to do for me because I have extremely thick hair and I love being a blonde) there prices are also extremely fair. I tried other places but nothing is as good. will forever be a costumer here!

Love this shop! All the ladies are friendly ,professional and some of of the best cosmotolgist in the Cleveland area. This is the place my entire family goes to for all our styling and haircuts. Niki Bolton is our favorite. She works me in and always takes plenty of time to satify my needs.

Lovely shop. Prices are not as high as many as shops. The Lower cost chains have gotten very expensive with not always good results. Nice to go to full service salon and be able to afford it!!

My girlfriend went and got her hair done from here, her first time in years since she had been shaving it, and it finally got long. She just wanted it to be ginger with highlights, but got the opposite. She's was referred to a women that had no idea what she was doing. We spent almost $200 just for my girl to be upset

My mother was in the hospital for an extended time and her hair had become one big knot from being in the bed, I tried to fix it and only made it worse, I went by 4 different hair salons all saying they were to busy or closing. Even though they had customers they said they could help and she fixed her hair and did an amazing job... Thank you so much!!!!

This is a locally owned family environment. I have been going here for years, probably over 15… and I’ve never received anything but exceptional service from Nikki and the rest of the girls ❤️ Nikki, now owner, busts her tail to make sure the shop is inviting and tries to honor everyone who comes in. She’s done some upgrading a little at a time to bring a more modern vibe to a long time legend that Gemini Red’s is in Cleveland.

Well, my 1st visit to Gemini Red’s Family Hair Salon. I met a young Stylist Constance only 1 month graduate. She was so sweet. 6 weeks later, I said I want to change my look with bangs & layers now…. We talked, she asked her Co-Worker for her advice. Then she did her Thing! Cut & Style. I couldn’t be Happier with the End Result! I’ve gotten so many compliments. I can’t wait to see what she will do to continue to enhance my look.

love!!! i went here once before to get a hair cut and my bangs trimmed, they did a wonderful job then & i just went yesterday to go back to my natural hair color. i’ve been box dying it black for years and my natural color is blonde. most places say they can’t do the process cause of damage. but they took me in, listened to me and did a great job. i just got carmel highlights cause it’s a slow process but jana does a great job! very knowledgeable.

The lady’s who work there are so friendly and great at what they do. Making an appointment time that worked with my schedule was so easy. They did highlights for my daughter and really listened to what we each wanted and it turned out beautifully. So happy to have found this gem of a hair salon.
