Had the exact experience. Total scam. If you financed through Cherry Technologies call and report them. They just change company names. Y'all are telling my story

I've been using this product for 2 months and I have not seen any improvement in my skin when I have severe rosacea and I have inflammation in the rest of my body from the heat of Florida. I've been begging my spa technician to get something to soothe my skin and he is not even gotten around to it or even notified me. Now I'm trying to get ahold of him and he doesn't even want to answer his phone. Then I tried calling the office and it just goes to a busy signal. I don't know how to get ahold of anybody and all they want to do is charge you a ton of money. Not worth the effort unless you are just dealing with aging issues. If you have more issues just go to a dermatologist or an actual professional.

IF I COULD JUST PUT A WARNING SIGN OR A NEGATIVE NUMBER I WOULD!!!!!! DO NOT buy skin care from this place in the Oaks Mall Gainesville mall, my mom spent thousands for a years’ worth of product refills and monthly facials. The guy who sold it to her so called name “George“ left without any notice and still charging her account monthly. Now there is a new team of Middleasrern people, look like they can all be related to George, saying that they are the new management team and bought the place and they dont know anything about “George”, or that they dont have her account and isn’t going to give her the facial and products she ALREADY paid for, that she has to pay again for the products and then showing her how they are changing the names on the product bottles and changing the name of the spa to cover up their scam. If anyone knows about these people PLEASE speak up so these scammers can stop stealing peoples hard earned money. Once again this place is called Rajeunir Medical spa, and the one we went to is located in Gainesville Florida, The Oaks Mall.

Nobody, I am having Identical experience with that place. I am looking into legal information on how to make these people to stop taking money out of my account monthly, and reporting their scamming behavior. I am even questioning the products I purchased from them and scared to continue using them on my skin… Definitely does deserve a 1 star😠

Loved the facial, it made my skin feel soft, the service was good, until I turned down their high pressure sale, I felt as tho I was at a timeshare presentation. The price will go down if you don't except the first offer. I was also offered a financial program for a year of facials.

I have never used a spa or had a facial before. I have enjoyed the facial treatments and enjoy doing them at home for myself. It is pricey. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Hili makes everyone feel special.

I went to Gainesville Spa Center by Voupre for cryotherapy and Hili and Mai are absolutely wonderful. For trying something new, I’m always a little nervous but Hili and Mai had an amazing energy, were so kind and made every step of the way a fun and comfortable experience for me. I highly recommended Gainesville Spa Center!

My experience was simple! The customer service provided by the managerial staff is amazing 🤩 they are there to take care of their customers with concern and outmost respect! I’m so grateful to Richard who helped me when I needed it! If you are looking to use their services or their products look for Koko in one of the kiosks he is a very sweet guy who knows exactly what you need and will go out of his way to help you! I do recommend that you ask to be advised on their policies and procedures so that you can respect them accordingly!

They rip people off in this place and people get stuck with loans of 5000 for their products and the facials are super cheap nothing like a real spa.

I did not use the services of Gainesville Spa however, they are in cahoots with “+voupre” which is a kiosk set up in the oaks mall. You can find their products on Amazon for a fraction of the price and they will tell you one price and charge your card a different price. They will also ask you to pay via debit so your not able to dispute or cancel the transaction. Once you purchase a products they try and schedule you an appointment with Gainesville Spa. What a racket, shame on you Oaks Mall for allowing this!

I love this spa! Hili has made me feel like family. I feel so taken care of. She changed my life. I know that sounds dramatic, but the self care routine I have implemented as a result of the spa has been so good for my mental health, not just my skin. I feel like the cosmetic changes are just a bonus!

I travel a lot with my business and sometimes looking for a good facial spot to get some relaxation as well. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the facial I got from Debbie (I think that was her name) and Val who set with me after the fax and showed me what products I can use to maintain my skincare routine at home. 10/10 guys, well done!

I went for the special facial that was advertised. I waited over a half hour due to a scheduling problem. She removed my makeup put some gold “collagen” under eye patches on, put me under some rainbow lights and left. Then she came back a half hour or so later, put some lotion on my face and said that was it. I asked what the lights were even for, she briefly explained a few of the colors and couldn’t remember the others. I asked if that was it, she said yes. It was an expensive light machine. I said my face was more even red than before She said it was genetics and gave me some “free” eye patches. Total waste of time and money. It was nothing like the video advertised.

My first time to a spa since one year. I was in search of a spa/skin specialist that I can make it my own place to go for skin cleaning and maintenance. The experience has been absolutely overwhelming. I found my place to be, that I'm completely comfortable not just with the service and result but the staff. I found my where I can absolutely feel relaxed and let go while taking care of me.

The facility is top quality and the costumer service is excellent some of the treatments are pricey but worth every single penny!!! And they offer finance options for 0 APR so its for every pocket. You can actually see the results and I only got one facial so far and have been using the products and the Red light therapy not for to long and can already tell a difference. Much recommend, stuff are great!

This place will rip you out of your money.. The products don't actually do anything and they say they do. The staff is constantly changing. They never keep the same assistant girls for the amount of times I have been there. Not worth it go to hand and stone for facials.
