Went to book an appointment they approved me the canceled and said appointment can not be accommodated why even approve the appointment then will never go there again if this is what they do every time I've made an appointment

My visit here was most pleasant! The skill level is incredible. The staff is incredibly friendly. They gave me the confidence to go with the dramatic style I’d always dreamed of and I LOVE IT!!! I’ll definitely be back!

Went here for my first time! I wanted to get some layers and bangs, which I was pretty nervous about because I hadn’t had bangs since I was a kid! But Teiyah did an amazing job!! I love how it turned out and I am pleased to say I’ll be back again in the future!

Amazing! Comfy atmosphere, a cute dog to pet, friendly staff, great Halloween decorations and other decor to show they love the place and want you to feel welcomed. I'm a guy and walked in with long shaggy hair, and they did an amazing job trimming it down to a nice clean cut. It turned out better than my reference pic.

I thought I would try a new place for eyebrow waxing & tint. I regret going here. My left eyebrow got stripped & looks like it’s almost gone. It will take 4 to 5 months to grow back in! My brows had to be tinted twice. The first time they were way too light. The second time the color was right. Now my right eyebrow is the way it should look & my left one looks like a pencil line.

Love this place! Staff is friendly and go out of their way to ensure you leave with exactly the look you were hoping for. Appointments are easy to make with whatever services are needed. The friendly pup saying hello is just an added bonus to the visit. Highly recommend!!

Rachel does a great job! I bring my 3 teenage daughters here and they’re always happy with the cut and style they receive. She also gives helpful advice on hair care and products. 5 stars!

I get my nails done by Becky and I literally could not recommend anyone else, she really pays attention to her clients and it feels like a very natural conversation vs a forced one elsewhere. She works with me on the shape and durability due to my profession and I appreciate everything she does for me. I also love when I get to see Mr. Clipper there as well, he is a lovely dog and I always appreciate when he wants to have a game of tug of war.

Tried a new place to get a nice cut, the comment the stylist made, "there must be five pounds of hair on the floor". I feel like that too, not happy with it all cut off, can't get it to style into anything that looks good at all. Plus was expensive for just a cut and no dry or style. I'll be still looking for a place in Grand Rapids to get my hair styles once it grows back, ugh.
