Booked a spa day for my daughter’s birthday. We were informed after the first 2 services were completed that we could not go into our 3rd service- the sauna because it should have been done BEFORE the facials. I’m sorry, I don’t do their scheduling, and why did they not schedule up appropriately when we arrived, nor tell us!? Very disappointing to not have services you scheduled completed. Not to mention when I was checking out the very nice girl stated due to their error that she would give my additional service (scalp massage) free if charge and also give my missed service (sauna) free for our next visit. Then another employee came over and said no, took it away after I was already told this, so I then ended up paying for it! Who does this!? They seem to be very unorganized there. Poor management at this location. The estheticians were great though.

Greeted immediately as we walked in door. Very friendly and attentive reception. They got us hot cocoa right off the bat. Excellent massage followed by use of the infrared sauna which was very enjoyable. Also had some small snacks, water and other beverages available after massage prior to our sauna. Facility was clean, comfortable and all staff very attentive. Would definitely return here again. Wonderful experience.

I do not recommend getting a gift card for a couples massage here at all. My fiancé went to Fuchsia Spa in Dana Park and said he wanted to get a gift card for a couples massage they gave him a $200 gift card we went today for our couples massage. We tipped our massage therapist $80 and as soon as we left, we got a phone call stating that we had a remaining balance to pay. This was the perfect way to end a perfect massage. So much for the relaxation. They are very good at giving you your tension right back. The massage therapists were great but will never go back to Fuchsia spa again. She continued to explain over the phone to us that because we are too individuals it is two separate services so that gift card would only go toward one of us. It was a $200 gift card. She said it covered one massage plus gratuity I have gone to touch a tranquility on Williamsfield and Val Vista and have never heard of something like this. Apparently they tell you what gratuity you are required to pay?? When you ask for a couples massage and get a gift card it’s not really for a couples massage, but they don’t tell you that when you get your gift card they tell you that after your massage and after you leave that you have a balance to pay. When we were frustrated and talked over her, she asked us to please stop and let her speak so we were silent, we let her speak and she explained it again that my gift card only covered one of us As soon as we had our turn to talk, she started speaking over us and we asked her if we can please speak she didn’t allow us and then she had to end the call. It was not a good first time experience here at all. I feel bad because I absolutely loved the massage therapist and told her I would definitely be back.

This was the first time I was in the fuchsia salon. I had walked by it 50 times before and never thought to come in. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, friendly staff, etc., but more importantly, I was blown away by Crystals, wisdom, expertise, conversation, etc. This is now my go to place and Crystal will be my girl always thank you so much. I’m a very happy customer.

I was late for my facial appointment so I was surprised when my esthetician offered an upgrade saying there would be plenty of time to complete everything. What actually happened was she made time to complete the $34.99 upgrade at the expense of missing my scalp massage and hand/arm massage. When I asked about those things, she said, “There just wasn’t enough time.” Won’t be doing THAT again.

I was visiting my friend from MN and wanted to treat her and myself to a facial. I talked with Melanie about appointment availability. Since I was inquiring about getting both of us in for a little pampering before i had to fly back home, she worked her magic and found two opening for us. I believe her name was Brooke who brought use to the room for the LED light therapy and then to the lounge before my facial. What a delightful young lady! I was fortunate to get Jenna! Loved my facial from her! Next time I’m back in Mesa, I will be back!

Love it here! Front desk is welcoming and helpful. Love my esthetician, Jenna. Lots of "nice touches." Good selection of quality skin & self care products. And now they’ve added a great MINERAL MAKEUP line that I just know I’m going to love! I appreciate that they provide personalized attention to choose what’s best for you. Their events are always spectacular.

My micro needling was very painful! Tech said she had the setting on the lowest. Then, perhaps she was pushing down too hard, or the equipment was old technology. I’ve had micro needling done 4 times before, so I know the difference. I basically had to stop her early, it was so painful. Now, I did lay under the Red Light Fushcia offered, and that really helped calm down my face. I felt so much better leaving so I would definitely recommend the Red light. As far as the tech I had, she was young perhaps inexperienced. Typically when you are experiencing pain the tech will stop and wait a bit. Talk you through it. Man, she pushed on with my tear flowing and nose running. I told her several times my reactions. Insensitive? I won’t be back. Recommendation: Educate your technicians.

I have been going to Fuschia for years and have always had excellent service. I go for both facials and massages. Today I had an 80 minute massage with Desiree. I have never used her before and she was absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best massages I’ve had. I don’t do reviews often but I definitely wanted to give Desiree an outstanding review.

Don't sign up for a membership when you cancel they don't tell you that your last credit will void quickly. The lady on the phone made me feel like I was an inconvenience with my questions. The manager didn't try to resolve this. I wasted a good chunk of money with the company.

My husband foubd this place and as a birthday gifted me and my friend a spa day. Everything was amazing. The staff is wonderful. I had a facial with Angele and she was amazing and my skin feels amazing. Page was my masseuse and she was also amazing. She really took care of my areas of concern. I will definitely be going back. Thanks again ladies for a wonderful and relaxing day!
