I’ve been a long time customer of Alison’s (like before fringe was even around) and she is what I like to call my hair magician. My hair is crazy thick and a little bit wavy, but starting to lean towards curly and she always knows how to cut it perfectly. I love the relationship we have because I can give her an idea of what I have in my head for what I want to do and she’ll execute it flawlessly. Although, let’s be honest here, 9 times out of 10, I tell her I trust her to do whatever and it comes out looking 🔥💯 every time. It’s been a minute since I’ve gotten to see her since I lived so far away but I’m excited that I’m within driving distance again and can start seeing my “hair magician” again! 💜

Went to this Salon for the first time in visiting the area. I was happy to get an appt with the holiday weekend and wasnt sure anywhere would be open. Salon was clean and staff was very friendly. Sherri was available and I was able to show her pictures of what I wanted length and color wise. For not working with me prior and just going off the pictures and what I said- she got the length and curly i was asking for perfect and the color almost perfect. Would highly recomend

Great salon, super trendy work, stylist are very professional and ALL do great work. Sherry is my personal stylist and does a super job on my hair, no matter what photo I take in and ask for "That style/color" she ALWAYS comes through. Definitely recommend to others

I previously wrote a review on the Fringe Facebook page. I deleted it because I was angry when I wrote it and it wasn't very tasteful. After thoughtful consideration, I decided I still needed to do a review based on my experience so that other costumers can be aware of what they may be walking into. I scheduled an appointment with Kasey on June 4th for July 15th @0915. I showed up right on time, and was greeted by a nearby stylist who said she had not seen Kasey yet, for me just a wait a few minutes. About 20-25 minutes passed before Another stylist came to the front to inform me she didn't think Kasey would be in that day. She called her, and of course, Kasey was apparently heading out of town and did not write down my appointment. I had been waiting for this appointment for over a month. This was my only free day off to get my hair done, hence why I scheduled it so far in advance for this specific day. I was offered another appointment with someone else, but of course it would be AT LEAST 2 weeks before anyone could fit me in. I was extremely disappointed and angry at the whole situation, so i opted out of another appointment and decided to take my business elsewhere. After writing my review on the Facebook page, several of the Fringe employees reached out to me to tell me about Kasey's personal life. It's tragic and I really hope the best for her and her family. We are all human and everyone makes mistakes. But just like in any other service industry where your income is based on service provided, this mistake cost her money and customer ratings. It was highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. On another note, I highly suggest this salon invest in an electronic scheduling system, since you know its 2021, so this situation doesn't happen to anyone else.

I love every hair cut and color I have received. Becca is my stylist but I can say that I absolutely like every style by every stlylist at that location (Forsyth Rd) . The atmosphere is so good and the staff really seem to gel with one another. To sum it up I love it !!!!! Jamie Hallman

I brought my 14yo son with special needs to see Sheri for a haircut. He hates having his hair messed with. And hates scissors and clippers even more. But he LOVES Sheri. She does a great job keeping James settled and feeling safe. I love that I can trust Sheri to keep James safe and comfortable, and that his hair looks great! All the ladies at Fringe Salon were welcoming and helpful, too.

I visited for the first time and I am totally in love with this salon! Nobody has ever been able to get my hair to lighten very well but Sheri did! I am now officially blonde! She was such a sweetheart and I enjoyed myself so much I didn't mind waiting for my hair to process. She gave me an amazing cut too! I am now officially a Sheri fan! I will be returning!

I was very excited to be visiting this salon after seeing such positive reviews on Google. I had an appointment with Sheri after being recommended by a friend and seeing her high compliments. However, I could not be more disappointment and upset by the service I received. When I left the salon I cried I was so upset with the way she cut my hair. First, Sheri was almost 40 minutes late seating me in the chair. She was also working on another client while she worked on me. I was getting all-over color (not foil) and she applied color to half my head and then let me sit there for 15 minutes while she worked on her other client. She then came back and applied color to rest of my head. I had taken a picture of how I usually cut my hair (unfortunately my former stylist who I love is sick and can’t cut hair anymore). I should have known I was not going to get what I wanted when Sheri just glanced at the picture and didn’t seem to notice the details of the cut. I wear my hair in a short pixie cut but as Sheri kept cutting and cutting I got nervous and realized it was too short on my bangs and just asked her to stop cutting. Now my bangs are all jacked up, the hair around my ears is shaggy, and my sideburns are hilariously long. When Sheri took the cape off I had hair everywhere all over my clothes. I had to go home and change and that’s when I realized Sheri had dripped hair dye on the back of my shirt and it was ruined. The cape clearly wasn’t enough protection to keep hair or dye off of me. Sheri should have done more like placed a towel around my neck or SOMETHING! I called the Salon the next day and spoke to the manger. She was sympathetic towards my situation but offered no resolution except to say the owner would call me. The owner did call and left me a message saying she would call me back but left no contact number for herself or best time to reach her. As of now I have called the salon 3 more times and have yet to hear back from anyone and it’s been a week. Not I am deeply disappointed by my hair cut, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. I paid $115 for all-over color and cut which is an exorbitant amount (I feel) to be so unhappy. It is obvious that the salon is not interested in customer satisfaction and fixing their own errors. I will not be returning, I will not be recommending them to anyone, and all my friends and coworkers know how unhappy I am and how much I paid so I don’t think they will be getting any more business from me.

Wonderful, visiting Macon I called about 11:30 for an appointment today got one at 1 with Brandi V. she did a fantastic job on my thick hair and gave me the cut I wanted. I recommend if you need a cut ask for Brandi. I will be back.
