The vibes in Fresh are ELITE! Super welcoming front desk staff. 10/10 scalp massage. My stylist Megan made me feel so beautiful today! I was growing out a pixie cut and needed an “in between” phase. I already received a compliment on my hair at dinner. I can’t wait to come back 🤗

Booked an e-file cleaning as I needed to get my polish removed and they drilled too far on the nail bed, leaving my nails brittle and raw. They were in pain for two months and took a long time to grow out to normal. They also were upset with me for booking online one day in advance and said I should’ve booked earlier. It would be one thing if I walked in demanding service out of the blue, but I booked the service online at a time when they indicated they were available. I would not recommend this nail salon.

I have been coming to Fresh Salon since 2021 and have the pleasure working with both Lindsey and Lupita. Both stylists are extremely knowledgable and professional! Lupita did an incredible job transforming my blonde hair, she listened to what I wanted and with her magic and recommendations - she made me into a blonde bombshell! I’m obsessed with my hair! Tatum did an excellent job on my hair. I honestly didn’t think it was fixable and that she would be able to achieve what I was asking her for, but SHE DID. She also fit me into her schedule quickly and literally saved my life by doing so. AND, I got a head rub+ a hot towel treatment with my deep conditioning service :) Yay! Very reasonable pricing too. Hope she gets a lot of clients. Thank you again!

The Fresh Salon ladies made me and my girls look and feel absolutely beautiful on wedding day! HMU artists Lana and Payton traveled to my venue, arrived on time, and made sure each member of my wedding party achieved their goal look. Lana and Payton were skilled, professional, and kind. We were all pleased with their work and everything lasted/held well throughout the day and night. Being an out-of-town bride, I put a great deal of trust in Fresh Salon and they sure delivered! We greatly enjoyed having them there to pamper us on wedding day.

Love this salon so much. It’s adorable and everyone is so friendly. I have seen Lindsey and Kenna- I would highly recommend both of them. Achieving a natural, health blonde look can be tough but they are so talented!!!!

I went to the salon after being recommended by a friend that has gorgeous extensions. I have always had fine long, healthy, dense naturally blonde hair. I am super high maintenance in the hair department, I do all the things to keep my hair looking great. I was told I was a good candidate for keratin tip extensions. I went to Megan. About two months after my extensions were installed. Some of my extensions began ripping from the root of my hair. Not slippage, my hairdresser said she had never seen anything like this. Another month later after doing a hair mask, my hair was in an obscene amount of knots. I made an appointment to get my extensions taken out. My hairdresser was busy, but she said she would get another employee to begin the removal process and she would jump in. A girl clearly so young she could not have that much experience began removing my extensions. I was freaking out that she was ripping out all of my hair. Three hours later, I Left the salon with half of the hair I had before I ever had extensions. My hairdresser was a few chairs down and did not even bother to show her face, help, assess the situation, or anything. I left the salon crying, I had to pay $300 for some complete stranger to have ripped out all of my hair, and the salon offered me no help. The removal process of extensions is just as important as the install and I do not know why my experienced hairdresser had an inexperienced girl remove my hair. The girl that removed my hair was making faces the entire time she was removing my hair, probably knowing she was doing damage, apologized, and was clearly uncomfortable with what she had done to me by the end of it. If you have thin or fine hair, do yourself a favor and do not get extensions. I don’t understand why my hairdresser Megan did not have me wait for her to be available and instead had a less experienced coworker do this to me. The sad thing is that my hairdresser cannot even comment on the situation because she did not even so much as check on me while I was there. I will never be getting extensions again and I can’t recommend this place after the sheer volume loss and damage that has occurred.

Booked them for hair and makeup for my wedding. Both stylist were nice but they CAKED my face in Makeup. Bridesmaids looked good but heavy. I can barely recognize myself in my wedding photos. I even showed the girl inspo pics which she barely looked at. Hair was good and the hair stylist was professional. At no Point during the make up artist time did she check in to make sure I liked anything. Just very sad that I paid to look like that for my wedding.

Cat has been my stylist at Fresh for about 2 years ago. From our first appointment, she knew exactly want I wanted despite my challenges putting it into words. My hair needs are pretty easy and straightforward and Cat consistently delivers. The best part is that Cat is legitimately someone I enjoy talking to each time I see her. As a salon, Fresh is always clean and the staff is professional. Getting a scalp massage and conditioning treatment is the ultimate luxury for me and well worth paying a little extra for!

I have been platinum blonde for years and seen many stylists. I came here for the first time and Jodie did my hair and I can say I have never had my hair look this good! Ever since I got my hair done I’ve gotten so many compliments!! Thank you so much Jodie I will definitely be returning to have her do my hair from now on! I was planning to get my nails done at another place but I ended up not actually booking the appointment. Thankfully Jenny at Fresh was able to accommodate me the same day for a manicure and pedicure! All the staff here are so welcoming and friendly including the front desk! Thank you for a great first experience!

I was in Sarasota for a wedding and got my hair and makeup done here. Friendly and accommodating staff, love their product lines, and I looked great. The braid in my hair held up for another 2 days. Recommend!
