I was looking for a place that does facials that was closer to my home. I had heard of Fresh Facials and Feet through a friend and decided to check it out. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. When I walked in, I was floored with how clean and cozy it was inside while also keeping a great atmosphere. I booked the customized facial, not because I had any concerns with my skin necessarily but because I wanted to do something to feel good. Lisa took her time with asking questions and making me feel comfortable. She was professional but personable. You could tell she truly listens to her clients. The facial itself was beyond amazing and I walked out of there feeling a million times better and more confident than when I walked in. I will definitely be booking here from now on and I recommend you do the same!

I have been searching for a salon that does Dazzle Dry closer to my house. Fresh Facials and Feet came up so I googled and decided to make an appointment. I was able to schedule online which I LOVED! My pedi with Alexis was quiet and relaxing, just what I was hoping for. There were so many color options too! Price point was reasonable and Alexis did a fantastic job. I also like that they offer just a polish change too. The interior was gorgeous! It was a quick ride from Webster! I will be back - I think I found my new place 😃

So relaxing, beautiful interior, clean, peaceful. The staff is knowledgeable, talented, and kind. They always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I visit quite regularly and look forward to it each time. I have nothing negative to say about this place. It makes me happy.

I highly recommend fresh facials and feet! Sarah did such a great job. It was very relaxing. This was my first time going and definitely not my last. I definitely recommend booking with Sarah!

I enjoyed the booking experience and found it super easy to book a pedicure. I noted there was only one pedicurist but kept going anyway. I booked two weeks out and there’s a 48-hour cancellation policy. No problem. I get it. Well the morning of my appointment, as I was already just 1-2 mins away, I received a call 10 mins before my appointment that the pedicurist was unable to do my pedicure because she had a migraine. Would I reschedule for the same week? I asked to call back when not driving and when I did, nobody picked up. So I drove back home. When I got home, I had a missed call but no voicemail. I’m sure they do beautiful work but I found the customer experience part to be lacking. I wish Fresh the best but will not be returning and I encourage other people to think twice before booking if you have a busy schedule.

I booked myself the all-inclusive facial here for my birthday and had the best time. I don't treat myself too often but I've had enough subpar salon/spa experiences to know that this place really knocks it out of the park. The lobby/waiting room is clean, neat, and well-decorated. My service room was next to the lobby but you'd never know it- the room was pretty much soundproof and so peaceful. This was my first facial and Renee was wonderful. All of the positive reviews you read about her are true!!! She is an excellent communicator, asked all the right questions and consistently checked in on me. The massage at the end could have brought tears to my eyes, it was that incredible. Renee sold me on a very nice moisturizer after reviewing my skin concerns and recommended a new routine for me. This was months ago and I feel and look so much better. I also met the owner, Lisa, on my second time in and she was very welcoming and attentive. I have already recommended this place and I can't wait to come back, perhaps for a pedicure as well! Thank you!

I brought my 11 year old daughter in to see Lisa today. She was able to give a diagnoses and treatment plan. I am so grateful for her help. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for advice.

I had the facial that came with everything…the paraffin wax for feet and hands, special eye treatment, peel, etc. I enjoyed every single second of my time there. The place is beautiful and the facial experience was so relaxing. Lisa was my facialist and knew how to do everything perfectly. They do not try to “up sell” which is refreshing. I am literally counting down the days til my next appointment. I will be telling my friends and patients about how wonderful my experience was. Thanks Ms. Lisa!

I have been to the spa once before with Lisa for dermaplaning and returned this week and had dermaplaning and a facial with Lisa and cannot say enough wonderful things about the service. My skin looks and feels great! I also had a pedicure with Alexis which was also an awesome experience. I have had a problem with two toenails lifting and did not know why. I was advised it was the shoes I was wearing at work. The nails were cut and filed and feel 100 times better. I will be back soon and will recommend the spa to all my friends and coworkers.

Yesterday I had my first pedicure with Renee and it certainly will not be my last. She was very professional and pleasantly friendly. Her pedicure routine was excellent and just what I was looking for. The Facials and Feet shop was extremely clean with a very warm atmosphere! First time I went was just yesterday!Walking inside was inviting, nice and quiet, the colors were welcoming and Lisa greeted me within seconds! I got a facial, yes it was the shortened version (haha) b.c. of personal reasons, but wow-it was great and I cannot wait for my next one! I loved the room that I was in, and the heated bed!😍 I already booked my next facial and a mani&pedi for next time!

I got my mom a gift card for Christmas and we had ourselves a spa day together. I found Fresh Facials and Feet online based on reviews and wow am I glad I did. I would 100% recommend facials with Lisa or Renee. They were both fantastic and we would come back in a heartbeat. My mom had the All Inclusive and I had the Fresh Custom and we both received love to our hands and feet as well as a hot rock massage to our neck and shoulders. They were so pleasant to be around and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. It was everything we needed and more after the busy holiday season. I cannot recommend enough!!

Rebecca was thorough and very detail oriented. My feet needed extra attention and Rebecca did a stellar job. They look rejuvenated and happy. The salon in general has an understated upscale look and feel - beautiful. I was impressed with Technician and setting. Thank you.
