HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The owner, Nicole, takes her time with you to make sure she’s treating your specific skin type. LOVE the dermaplane facial, laser hair removal, and I now get monthly spray tans because they’re that good. Her skincare products are also amazing, but best of all she doesn’t pressure you into buying any, she’s actually told me what products I don’t need. The spa is so clean and has the best music! Customer for LIFE!!

I personally haven’t had a service done here but I got my sister a gift certificate. She has struggled with severe acne her entire life. She’s been to multiple doctors about it and nothing really helped until she saw nicole at fresh face. I have never seen her skin so incredibly clear and glowy. though it’s not a personal experience, this review is absolutely necessary because nicole did MAGIC!!!!!! Seriously 10/10 recommend. Work like this is hard to come by!!!

Nicole is the best!!! I’ve gotten laser, facials and now a fantastic spray tan!!! in the past I was in a wedding and had a spray tan from somewhere else and the person doing my makeup told me I looked orange… well NOT with a spray tan from fresh face!! I looked like I just went on a sunny place vacation and did not look one bit Orange! I got so many compliments and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it! I will be going back for my spray tan before our wedding In September with my maid of honor and she is so excited after seeing my results! Love this place!

Having dark skin it’s so hard to find a good laser hair specialist. I had a wonderful experience with Nicole! I haven’t had a facial done in over 3 years and was feeling extremely self conscious of my skin, it was no shock my skin was being neglected. She performed a thorough skin analysis and tailored my facial to fit my skin needs. It was so relaxing, the products felt and smelled great, and I loved every minute of it! My face felt so clean, fresh and glowy. She recommended a ton of products which were super helpful and gave me a few samples. Can’t wait for my next facial in a few weeks!

I have been wanting to get laser hair removal for years. I was referred here and couldn’t be happier! Within a couple of treatments I noticed the results! They were so good and fast, I immediately decided to purchase packages for more areas. I have been shopping around for prices and couldn’t beat these packages. On top of that, the service is amazing. I recommend Nicole at the Poughkeepsie location to anyone & everyone without hesitation. Nicole is such a sweet person. The place is absolutely beautiful. I have a plethora of allergies and she was very receptive and looked at the ingredients and asked many questions before using the products on my face. I have had acne and clogged pores for years and my face has become so much clearer since I began getting facials. Such a wonderful experience with Nicole, from start to finish. The facial was so relaxing and the products used were top of the line. The laser hair removal didn't hurt one bit either. To top it off I had a full body spray tan which made my skin look golden brown. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I left there feeling amazing. The location is convenient and the space is simple and decorated very well. Everything is explained very well and you are made to feel comfortable regardless of the area you are trying to rid of hair. The whole laser hair removal process is quick and painless and prices are very reasonable. Can’t say enough good things.

Such a great experience getting laser hair removal with Angelina. She answered all my questions and explained the procedure perfectly. After my second visit I already notice I don’t have to shave. One of the nicest experiences I have ever had! The place is GORGEOUS! The staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. I started my laser treatment with them recently. I was a little nervous going in. They took the time to explain the procedure to me and made sure all my questions were answered. I really appreciated that. I can't wait to go back! 100% would recommended it to everyone!
