Dr. Mihaela was so personable and welcoming. She was patient with all the questions I had and went out of her way to help me with my own food regimen. I came in with my mom brain (brain fog) and within a few minutes of my IV, I felt a huge difference. I also had to bring my 5 month old and she played and talked with him in throughout the time I was there. I would highly recommend her and her practice!

Doc Carter is focus on you and works hard to help you achieve that rejuvenated look. From laser treatments which works awesome to tighten up this 51 year old skin. Then to get a nice polished look add botox and to heal quick the Exosomes. Did the B complex IVs for the nights I forget I'm not 21.

Dr. Carter is so wonderful, I am SO glad I found her! She is so friendly and knowledgeable. And patient with all my questions 😅. The amazing cherry on top is that she is a Hopkins-affiliated physician, so I fully trust her with my care! Highly recommend, especially for anyone who may be a bit hesitant about any of the products/procedures.

Great experience and I wish I had done it sooner! I never felt rushed, the coolpeel process was explained at each step of the treatment. Dr.Carter took her time discussing my overall goals and different possible treatments that would help achieve them. Very knowledgeable, skilled and through 1 year update: after 2 treatments I have noticed a significant improvement in my acne scars, fine lines, and overall elasticity of skin. I highly recommend both the procedure and Forever Young Wellness

Dr. Carter is a medical doctor who is genuinely invested in your well being! She is personable, professional, and a perfectionist! Her communication before, during and after makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. There is no high pressure sales. I highly recommend her for your skincare needs. I had a wonderful experience getting my first vitamin infusion. Dr. Carter was very professional and knowledgeable. I found it very convenient that she can come to your house upon request and the infusion only takes an hour. I felt very comfortable. Can’t wait to get another one!

I have been to other physicians for injections all of which have been in the doctor's office during my typical work hours. Dr. Carter offers home service which is awesome, and she offers appointment hours that can be after or before my typical work day. I really appreciate Dr. Carter's attention to detail and the home consultation/ service. I have had great results with the wrinkle reducing injections that I've received from Dr. Carter. Dr. Carter is now my primary cosmetic skin care go to person.

I saw Dr. Carter for Botox injections. She was very professional and knowledgeable and really took her time and explained the process to me. I am so happy with my results - very natural looking. I also really liked the Patient Portal (very user friendly) and the post procedure instructions sent to me after the procedure. I will definitely be back for laser treatments and microneedling soon.
