I’m Tara, the founder of Forever Young Hudson Valley. I’m an NCCPA board certified physician assistant licensed to practice in New York State. I’ve specialized in Neurosurgery for the past 12 years. After becoming certified in aesthetic injections in 2018, I began offering a concierge service bringing botox and dermal fillers to you, whenever and wherever you want it! You’re invited to my suite for any service you choose.

Cannot recommend Tara and her business enough!! She is professional and welcoming, and makes you feel at ease! Her attention to detail shine through in the results. There are very few people I would trust near my face, Tara is the best of the best. My skin always looks natural, never overdone. Aside from her Botox skills, she takes the time to understand your needs and preferences, ensuring you feel comfortable throughout the process. If you’re considering Botox, filler or any wellness shots , she is the only one to go to!

Not many people I would trust to work on my face but Tara is 10/10 the best in the business. An actual BRAIN SURGEON by day, she is highly skilled and precise. Her work is always tasteful and enhances your face making you leave feeling confident and beautiful. I never worry, I always look forward to my appointments and I fully trust her. Tara is amazing! I travel 2 hours to get my Botox done with her because she’s just the best. I love the way she tailors each appointment to my needs, makes me feel comfortable, and listens to what I want. I never feel pressured to do one thing or the other, and I’ve always been absolutely thrilled with the result. I feel confident and beautiful, and won’t go anywhere else. If you’re looking around at other places, just stop looking and book an appointment with Tara!

There is no one I would ever go to for injections besides Tara! She is extremely knowledgable and honest and has your best interest at heart. The amount of people who say I look 10 years younger then my actual age is more then I would have ever expected due to how natural I look. Tara is absolutely amazing!

Truly the best of the Hudson Valley. No one does it better! Tara is professional, friendly and honest. Her main goal is to make sure her clients are comfortable and confident with their appearance. I have heard of medical spas in the area that immediately try to up sell you, she does the opposite! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment, you will not regret it!
