Charles is amazing! I enjoyed my two hours of peace with hot stones. Charles was warm and welcoming. Not many places offer two hour massages and the availability to book online at any time of the day! (To me that’s a bonus!) Sometimes it’s nice to to make an appointment that fits your needs without having to wait for someone to call you back or return an email. Online booking makes it super easy! Will definitely be returning in the near future!

He kept both months of payment then had the nerve to say I costed him money. I received no service and he got money for both months. He got off good. Sat there in his chair,got paid. Which he needed cause you can't even see his eye balls.

This spa and Charles is great! I love the soy candles as well as the skin products they have. I had surgery last year and Charles introduced me to a lotion that is awesome on scars as well as great body lotion and creames for rough hands and elbows. I also love the fragrances of the soaps and body scrubs. If u have skin issues go visit Charles!

I would like to commend my great massage therapist Charles for his continued massage therapy. I have followed Charles in the past receiving excellent massage therapy and always fill revived. He is an awesome guy and therapist. He always goes above snd beyond with scheduling and sessions. I know Staunton is very excited to now have these great services offered in the Staunton area. Excellent service! Very relaxing atmosphere and the massage was sensational! My needs were catered to specifically and my technician used techniques that hit a little of all the bases: stones, deep tissue, stretching, hot towel and the price was very reasonable!

Forever Relished is a very calming spa, the whole space was clean and well decorated. Charles did an excellent job with my massage. It was my first experience and he explained everything very clearly. The massage itself felt great and really helped with my muscle soreness.

I went by the spa and did some Christmas shopping for family. Got some amazing soaps, Candles and wax burner with wax and a few more products. My sister and aunt liked the candles and hand lotion. They also like the foaming bath salts as well. Great selection of retail stuff and great prices. Charles was very helpful in picking out gifts. Great customer service and very nice selection of products. Also I need to add this from December 29 2021. My experience was amazing. The atmosphere and the level of service was great. I loved the fit body wrap. The heat helped me relax and all my back pain and muscle tightness went away. Also this being the next day my back and body still feels great. I have chronic back pain from a car accident years ago. The fit body wrap really helped with my pain.

The owner Charlies is the most emotional stress inducing drama queen I have ever met!!! His work ethic is deplorable. He is so unorganized it's ridiculous. Charlies will pretend to be friendly at first then tell you things like he doesn't need you when you're the only employee! The spa does not have enough money to pay you. This is not surprising now that I know Charlies failed his exam for massage therapy 3 times!!! Run as fast as you can unless you like copious amounts of dram and stress!

This Spa just opened and already there must be some issues because you can't reach them by phone or catch anyone in the shop. Even during there posted business hours.
