Flora Blanc Studio is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! They do an absolutely amazing job on my nails—every detail is perfect, and the quality is unmatched. The studio itself is spotless, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit so enjoyable. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, always making sure I’m comfortable. Plus, they offer coffee and snacks, which is such a nice touch! The best part? My nails stay on for THREE months without lifting or breaking! I can’t recommend them enough—if you’re looking for long-lasting, flawless nails, this is the place to go!

As someone who hates getting their nails done, I genuinely can’t wait to return to Flora Blanc when I need a refresh. The space is so cute, the owner is a GEM, the nail technicians are highly skilled (and efficient, which is important for me), and my acrylic manicures last soo much longer vs previous experiences at other salons. Easy 5 stars!

First of all I had an appointment at 12:30 for a pedicure with my daughter and wasn't taken until 1:30. They gave my daughter a snack and a water bottle but not me. My Nail Tech used a used buffer and used file instead of the freshly packaged one that was sitting right there. Overall very disappointing.

My new favorite salon! The place is gorgeous and so clean, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They have a huge selection of polish, so I never have trouble finding the perfect color. My favorite part is the snacks and tea—they really know how to make you feel pampered. Booking is always easy, and my gel x always look amazing. I tried out the lash extensions for the first time and they came out so natural - just how I wanted them. The lash girl was so sweet and answered all the questions that I had. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Flora Blanc!!

Probably the cutest salon I’ve ever been to! Everything is blush baby pink and chic! Also probably the cleanest salon I’ve ever been to. They offered me hot tea water coffee during my service too! I got a gel x set with French tips and mini diamonds done for a wedding I had coming up and they turned out gorgeous! Update 12/28 -just got my eyelashes done with Claire and LOVED IT! I love how I don’t feel them against my skin like some places. And their pink lash room was to die for it was so cute! Great prices I paid under $200! Will definitely only be getting my lashes done here from now on!

Reply: I’ve gotten Gel-x nails at other salons many times but have never had to request cuticle maintenance as an additional service, as it normally is included to apply the extension as close to the nail bed as possible. I don’t think anywhere at the salon or on the website it specified that cuticle maintenance needed to be an added service, so I will need to add that next time. Very cute place, comfortable, and overall nice atmosphere. Got gel-x nails and two weeks in they still look good, have held up, everything I’d want for extensions. Only negative is that during application, the tech did not do any cuticle work. No buffing, push back, trimming, or anything, so even though my nails are still in good shape I’ll be getting them off because they look so grown out after only two weeks.

Very VERY kind staff. Beautiful clean salon. I was a walk-in visiting from out of town and was told it would be a 15-20 min wait but it ended up being a 40 min wait. Ended up leaving due to scheduling constraints. The 3 stars are for the complimentary water during the wait and help opening the bottle.

I visited here as a first time client and was very disturbed at the way they calculated pricing. They charge differently based on the length of nail, the menu has plus signs next to each price so that they can quote everyone differently. Based on what shape you get it’s a unique price. They push you to get “gelx” which is basically regular gel but premium price. I don’t do my nails regularly but I felt it was very price gauging to go here. I ended up walking 350 feet to highway 101 nails and they quoted me 25/30 bucks less for the same thing.

I took my 3 year old daughter here with me for a mommy daughter day. This place is five stars all across the board. The prices are fair, the employees are so nice, the salon is beautiful, and they do wonderful work. The best part is it doesn’t smell like a normal nail salon. If you’re looking for a new salon, I highly recommend this place. Although I also want sort of gate keep it, because I don’t want it to be too hard to get into! 🫣

TLDR: Beautiful studio, but they are not ready to take on a full load of clients yet. Staff need a little more training when it comes to scheduling and prioritizing clients as well as avoiding distractions while working. First and foremost, this studio is absolutely stunning. It's so spacious and clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I booked a gel manicure & pedicure appointment online, which was super easy to do, for a Sunday at 12:30 PM. The area was fairly crowded that day so there was some traffic getting there, but parking was really easy underneath the building. I arrived on time and was seated pretty quickly. Jamie (I believe) did my pedicure beautifully. She was gentle and paid great attention to detail. This part of the service was EXCELLENT. Towards the end of my pedicure, things changed. Someone in a blazer (maybe a manger or owner) interrupted my service to speak to my nail tech. A few other staff members came by and they were all speaking with one another to make a plan for rearranging who was working on who. Another nail tech came by (I believe her name was Nancy but I could be mistaken) and said she was going to do my manicure. It was no problem to switch techs, but unfortunately, things went downhill very quickly after that. It's possible someone new was working the front desk and was having a difficult time answering client questions, which is completely understandable. But for some reason, the only staff member who was helping her was the one that was working on my manicure. Initially, I didn't mind but it very quickly began to affect my service. She got up every 2-3 minutes to handle something, whether it was a client walking in with questions or to answer someone over the phone. She told at least 5 different people who had walked in that she would be finishing with me very quickly so she could do them next (at this point she had not even started a coat of color on me yet). None of this bothered me much until I noticed that one of my fingers was bleeding and had been cut quite significantly during the rushed service. I brought it up and how the blood had smeared all the polish on the nail. She tried to stop the bleeding then send me home without fixing the polish so that she could move on more quickly. At this point, multiple people who had appointments got tired of waiting and left because walk-ins had been prioritized. So my nail tech found herself no longer needing to rush and offered to fix the polish on my nail. Now, three days later, my polish is already chipped on 4 of my nails. The finger that bled still hurts because the cut is quite deep. I am not sure this is a place I would be comfortable coming back to, which is so unfortunate because I was really looking forward to trying out this new spot. At the very least, they need more time to settle in.

Beautiful brand new studio in Encinitas! The studio is gorgeous, the people are really nice. Ivy did my nails and they game out great. She was so nice, paid attention to detail, and very quick! I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful space with excellent service. Sparkling water and a snack when I sat down, great pedicure chairs with phone chargers. Great pedicure with a 10 minute massage. Everyone was lovely. I’ll most definitely be back.

Flora Blanc Studio is not only so beautiful, but the service and the care are so amazing! I only do pedicures for special occasions, but today I wanted to treat myself so I went for the Ultra Luxe pedicure with Tiffany. She was so sweet, my treatment was so nice and relaxing, and my pedicure is so gorgeous! I will be coming back, and I will be recommending others as well!

Gorgeous studio with elegant decor and brand new, clean equipment. I went in today to remove a Gel X set and get a mani/pedi. I loved the very personalized experience, from being offered coffee and tea to patient technicians who took their time providing each service. I'll definitely be back!

This nail salon is hands down the most beautiful nail salon I have ever been in. It's very new, and so clean - and has a sophisticated but welcoming vibe. I had a fantastic dip manicure from Ivy today. She was gentle, professional, and took her time. I was offered coffee, tea, water... and honestly felt like royalty the whole time I was there. This salon is tucked back from the street in a little oasis. You may have a little trouble finding it the first time, but will thrilled when you do. I cannot wait to go back for a pedicure later in the week. This is exactly what Encinitas has needed for some time: a truly professional nail salon!

Thai (t-ee) is very skilled at doing lash extensions and has had my continued loyalty ever since I first visited Encinitas!
