Carlie and team are amazing! So lucky to have them in Ventura! Went for tox, didn’t get exactly the results expected and she made an adjustment on the house! They have a client-first mentality, which is so appreciated. I would recommend them for all your skincare and aesthetic needs.

Carlie is the best at wellness and beauty “up keeping” for anyone that needs a little freshening up. She is incredibly knowledgeable and will only suggest procedures to u that she feels u need or will benefit from. She won’t upsell u. I trust her completely and will go to no one else. Flora and the staff are welcoming and professional. The check-in and treatment were simple. Similar to a haircut. Morgan did both of my TED treatments and I was impressed! She was charming and confident. During the treatment I experienced practically no pain or discomfort. Flora exceeded every expectation and I can't wait for my results!

Flora is hands down one of the best in the business. You feel warm and welcome from the moment you walk in. It's simple. Flora is the ONLY spa I trust my face with! I drive in from LA to see Carlie & her team, which also should say a lot as there are plenty of places here in LA. Trust is key. She is very honest in what I do need/what I don't need, even when I think I want it - she will tell me no. Serious appreciation for her work and would not even consider another spa even for convenience, I will make it work to drive to Ventura to go to Flora & see Carlie :)

Love this place! Like for reals, can I move in? The office is absolutely gorgeous. My first appointment was a consult with Carlie. She answered all my questions and explained all treatments available. My second and third appointments were with Christie for Botox. As someone who hates needles, Christie made me feel so comfortable. I was so surprised to barely feel it! (Ask for the lipstick) Absolutely loved my results! My most recent appointment was with Morgan for a session of Alma Hybrid. Morgan was wonderful, made me feel comfortable, explained the treatment in great detail. I’m so excited to see my results! Cannot recommend these ladies enough. Thank you all for making me glow again 🌸🌺

Experience overall was amazing! Morgan truly loves to help and make everyone feel beautiful and you can instantly tell based upon her energy and hard work. I felt so calm and did not want to leave! I am extremely confident about the way my skin looks and am very excited to see the results from the vampire facial I had done. Having someone work on your face and give that person your complete trust is terrifying. Laser and Botox might seem easy to do, but they are genuinely art forms that involve a lot of anatomy and science. Carly and the staff, Christina, Criste, Loran, and Morgan at Flora Aesthetics are amazing. I always feel like I am treated like family. I highly recommend Flora Aesthetics. So happy I went with Flora for my laser hair removal, the entire staff is amazing! Morgan is now my go-to for my laser sessions, but due to (my own) scheduling issues, I’ve had sessions with done by a few of the other ladies and they are a stellar team who all know exactly what they are doing and how to mitigate any discomfort. If I find myself wanting any other services they offer, I wouldn’t even consider anywhere else. Thanks ladies!

Had a mini lip done today and experience was amazing! Didn’t have to do the whole dental block just topical numbing and Christie did a wonderful job. I am super pleased with my results as well as all my previous work and results - micro needling, smooth threads, tox, Daxxify, VI peel, and facial sunscreen / maintenance products. This is the ideal place to go for all your facial needs and up keep for yourself! I am so thankful to have found a place that takes care of my needs and tells me when I don’t need anything as well. I have found the Mecca of aesthetics 🙏🙌🏽 I have had a few different procedures (ok more than a few lol) at Flora. Botox/Daxxify, Diamond Glow Facial, Summer peel facial, Microneedling with exosomes, Lip Plumping and hydration , small amount of filler to cheekbone/lips/nasolabial lines, Smooth Threads to forehead and around lower facial areas. Most recently I had Pixel8, retouch of higher dose Botox after 4-6 months to forehead and hydration injections around mouth/chin to support lips and maintain symmetry. I have had Carlie do a lot of my work, but Lauren has done most of my recent procedures. Carlie has such a great eye for treatments, is honest about what you may or may not need at times. I feel very confidant and trust in her recommendations. She just knows what I need while helping me achieve my best looking self without upselling anything. I also purchase and use a few different products from Flora. Lauren is super amazing as well! My recent treatments with her have been wonderful. Lauren has a good eye as well for what individual. Everyone at Flora is knowledgable, friendly, skilled at whatever work you would like done. I am so thankful for all that they provide, as well as trusting in their advice. I also know that Carlie, Lauren , and staff are continually educating themselves about all they offer, which is an important part of being in the aesthetics field. I highly recommend visiting Flora if you want to look and feel your best ; esp with providers that are experienced. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff , treatments, products etc. Top Notch👏🏽 If you are trying to decide where to go I suggest going to Flora for your aesthetic / wellness needs!
