Today I received the most wonderful facial (Lotus Signature) from Dawn! I spent years seeing a high-end esthetician in the Palm Beach area and I had doubts that any other facial in Florida could compete. I can now say that the Lotus Signature did indeed make the cut and even exceeded it in multiple ways! Dawn’s knowledge, her professionalism, her great touch, and her use of a diverse array of soothing products made this a fantastic experience that I recommend 100%. I also received a lovely massage from Elizabeth! She has an excellent touch and is clearly so knowledgeable about acupuncture, qigong, and other aspects of energetic medicine that many of us should know more about for the sake of our own longevity. EDIT: I have also since received the Sole Delight service from Gloria! She has amazing hands and a deeply calming energy! This is an incredibly beautiful and restful spa with a welcoming front desk staff and therapeutic providers who take pride in their work!

@danielle Thank you so much. I never knew my feet could feel so amazing after 4 surgeries. Thanks for all the helpful advice. Very nice interior I was completely relaxed. 😌 You almost need someone to drive you afterwards.

The facial services are superb. Leah has a delicate touch and is kind in how she interacts with you. It's an enjoyable and relaxing experience that I hope to be able to continue with in the future!

The massage therapists were very good. Big special thank you to Danell and Keith. They made our first experience comfortable and relaxing. It would have been very helpful to know, when we booked the appointment, there was an option as to what therapist (male/female) we could use. When we arrived and I told the receptionist, she made it feel a bit edgy for us and uncomfortable to request having our therapist switched. Using the same therapist just on the opposite person. We have never been there before and she was short with us. Also, there was no music in the room. That’s an option too. The relaxing music adds a big element to the experience. For first timers, these should be asked by the staff. Knowing these things now, I will be sure to ask next time. Check out was a lot better because we had a different receptionist. I didn’t get her name but when I asked her if having the music on was an option she was patient and kind to us. Addressing the issue with sincere concern because she was the one that turned it on and was puzzled as to why it wasn’t playing. Thank you for your kindness.

I absolutely loved my first ever spa day. I had my facial done by Glenda who was informative about the process and attentive to my comfort! She’s amazing! For my massage I had Danell(sorry if that’s spelled wrong) she was awesome and very attentive as well. I felt refreshed and so much relief for days after! Both ladies gave me an incredible experience and I will definitely be returning.

I had facial today, their cosmetic product is very irritating. And she rub my face with some sort of the gloves which I felt like my skin got thinner , and I still felt hurtful of my skin. Horrible

I recently had laser hair removal, spider vein treatment, and a photofacial at the Floating Lotus spa, all performed by Vanessa. The experience was incredible—completely pain-free and far more effective than any other laser treatments I’ve had in the past. The spa itself is immaculate and very comfortable. Vanessa’s kindness, expertise, and gentle approach made the entire process a pleasure. I highly recommend the Floating Lotus spa for anyone seeking laser services—it’s simply the best!

Danell gave the most incredible deep tissue massage. Seriously one of the best I've ever had. She was knowledgeable in working through problem areas, focussing on my muscle's specific needs. Went in with a very tense, sore back and left floating on a cloud. Spa itself is calming and clean, and the front desk staff were lovely. 10/10.

I booked an appointment for a lash lift and tint. This was my first time visiting floating lotus. I’ve heard such great things about this spa and was really excited. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The environment was clean and relaxing. Unfortunately, my eyelashes were over curled after my appointment. I noticed in my car after I checked out that my eyelashes were actually curling so far back they were getting stuck in the crease of my eyelid. I went back inside and asked the aesthetician if there was a way to tone it down. She gave me some advice and a disposable mascara wand to brush them down at home which has helped a little. Ultimately, I wish the aesthetician asked me what look I was going for before starting the treatment and I wish she had used a bigger size rod. I’ll be back to try another service because I’ve heard such great things about the massages, but next time I want a lash lift I’ll go to someone who specializes. No bad blood over here, just providing some constructive feedback on this service.

I have been coming here exclusively for massages. The staff is always friendly and professional. Everything is clean and smells wonderful. All my massages have been wonderful, but the best massage has been by Danell! She gave me what I asked for and listened to what my muscles needed too! 10/10 would highly recommend!!

I started coming to this spot this year and it was the best decision. I have a membership here but I mainly come for the massage and Danell is the best. She listens to my needs and her deep tissue massage has done wonders for me!

My sister surprised me with a massage here for my birthday.she booked with John and he did a wonderful job it was EXCEPTIONAL!! I’ve never had a better massage. He was very knowledgeable and highly skilled (as well as very sweet). I highly recommend booking here (in general) and with John !!

My sister treated me to a massage here recently and it was amazing. Danielle (sp?) immediately sensed my spots that were hurting. I have to say, she has some healing hands. I've had quite a few massages and she was the best. I felt so much better when I left. If I lived in Gainesville I would definitely go to her on a regular basis! I can't wait to go back and treat myself again.

As you enter the spa you are greeted with the soothing smells of essential oils and an immediate invitation to relax. Darnell, who has many years of experience was nothing short of amazing! She has an exceptional ability to know exactly what areas need the most attention—truly a memborable experience. She will be an additional reason for planning my return trip!

I've gone to Floating Lotus several times over the past several years & every time is the best time! Today, my best friend & I both received swedish massages & it was exactly what we needed. I have been coming to this salon for several years and they are wonderful. Toni is my masseuse and has never failed my expectations. The front desk staff is super kind and inviting and you can always find a lotion, bath bomb or even a lip balm in the waiting area.

The staff and the event coordinator went above and beyond to make my Mom's birthday surprise special. The entire team makes you feel so welcomed when you walk through the door until the moment you leave. Not to mention our facials were top tier and specialized to fit your specific needs. Talk about being relaxed when we left the spa! We have been guests for over ten years and always love coming back!
