I always go to Float Horizon when in Nashville for a float and massage. This time, I added in a 30 minute infrared sauna session before my 2 hour massage. I walked away relaxed with a few less knots in my shoulders thanks to Adam’s myofascial work. Float Horizon is clean and well-priced and I highly recommend!

As a lifelong extrovert and crowd-seeker, I never would have predicted that I would enjoy sensory deprivation and zen floating as much as I do! I have been floating at Float Horizen for two years and it keeps me charged up. In the float, every care in the world just disappears. I emerge refreshed and completely recharged. Highly recommend!! Staff is amazing, facility is clean and offers spa treatment. Enjoy sauna and massage as well. Can't miss with Float Horizen :)

Very clean and relaxing! I really enjoyed my float here in Nashville. Kaitlyn was very welcoming and informative and she made the experience even better. My float was super quiet and the temperature of the room and water was perfect. This was exactly what I needed to clear my mind and relax! Thank you!

I have done floats, IR Sauna, and will now never go to anywhere else but here, to Adam Carmona, for a massage. I started going to him several months ago and am noticing improvements to my hip alignment as well as overall decrease in pain. I appreciate all the care the staff consistently puts into creating a great atmosphere for the guests.

I got the float for my dad for therapeutic reasons. Although we weren't explained all the details of his conditions and the guidelines during booking he really enjoyed the experience! I'm going to try it next! Excellent setting though ❤️👍

I started with the float tank which was much needed to get my mind right for my massage. They have everything you need to shower afterwards. Martha did her thang with my deep tissue massage. Pressure was on point and she gave attention to problem areas. She was actually able to pin point them all. 10/10 I recommend

If I could give no stars I would. And this is mainly because of how the owner handled the situation. My husband booked my mother n law an I an appointment for a massage, float and sauna session back in July of last year after I suffered a missed miscarriage. I was actually still carrying the deceased baby while waiting for my procedure to be done. So I really needed some stress relief. First let me say that the ladies who assisted us seemed really nice regardless of how genuine it may or may not have been. Now the massage was horrible. I mean, it felt like the lady was barely touching me and this is even after she asked if we wanted it deeper. Like how are you a massage therapist and you’re scared to touch me? My mother n law somehow had the same opinion as we were discussing it in the sauna. Our mistake was not being honest about this from the jump. But at the same time you’re not just gonna hurt someone’s feelings (at least not me) when the person that gave you the massage asks you how the massage was. So I said, WE, said it was nice. Next issue is the float. I actually wounded up getting in late due to showering to make sure there was nothing left on my skin because I did not want to be charged an extra fee. And I don’t even use anything on my hair, but I washed it anyway. Furthermore, I got out of the float early because it personally wasn’t for me. Now my mother n law had done a float elsewhere before so she’s used to how it works. I very well may have just let the fact that the massage or really the whole thing for me was lackluster go. UNTIL our credit card got hit with 2 extra $20 charges, but for what? I mean, when signing the contract we read that a fee of $20-$200 would be charged for body oils and stuff being left in the float. So naturally we assume it’s for that. But I KNOW there was nothing left on my body. In fact I took a 15 min shower to make sure of it. Then when my husband reaches out to the place regarding the charges and massages, the manager/owner has the nerve to be salty and have a nasty attitude about it instead of trying to make it right somehow. At this point my mother n law was back in Florida but the whole situation just rubbed me the wrong way. Idk, I can only speak from our experience. I just hope they’re consistent with how they cater to everyone.

Loved the wave room float! Really refreshing and relaxing. 20$ discount for first timers. Cool sensory deprivation experience and very meditative. My niece said her massage was the best she's ever had. Highly recommend.

This was a pretty cool experience you felt really just cool and chilled as you first walked in once you got to the water portion of it it was cool as well but it takes time to adjust if you're not used to it so when I got into the water you are literally floating on your back but it's very uncomfortable if you aren't used to it once you finally get comfortable you realize that it's just time to relax inside you have your own private room you have tiles you have rags you have a lock on your door you have a shower that also has shampoo conditioner and body wash if you look at the videos that I posted along with this review the price point was great we got hours off of Groupon it was me and my wife's first time doing this it is about an hour. But overall, I have a great experience. I definitely recommend it if you're looking to do something different, and afterward, we feel a super light walk and in our bodies everything.

Absolutely enjoyed the sauna and a soak! Felt great for days after. Was so cool to feel weightless for an hour. I had a problem with the sauna door not closing all the way because I was scared to break the door. But you have to lift up and towards you. Can't wait to go back. Bought gift certificates as presents for people to go try it out!

I did the 60 min float & 60 min massage. I have two suggestions. For the float you should add a lotion dispenser where the robe is hanging on the wall. The epsom salt makes you extremely ashy. For the massage you should add a steamer. When we started I was laying on my back with the cover over my body & the bed heats up so it’s extremely comfortable. Once you flip over to lay on your stomach & they remove the cover down to your waist to rub your back it is extremely cold. While the bed does heat up it’s still extremely cold especially because the product they’re using to massage you is cold as well. I’m an licensed aesthetician and while I was in aesthetician school we did back facials with a steamer & a light massage. I let my classmates do this service on me so many times because it felt so good. Adding a steamer will up the experience tremendously! I had a great time here overall and definitely recommend.
