I’ve been mostly going to their Burlington location and today was my first time getting laser hair removal at this location. Special shoutout to Melanie who was terrific! Thank you to everyone at flawless for always being so caring and kind.

All of my experiences at Flawless Medspa in Norwell have been great. My most recent visit was a laser appointment with Melanie, and I can’t say enough good things. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuine. I highly recommend visiting - all of the people who work here are wonderful. I will 100% be back. Thank you!! 💗

Flawless has always been such a positive experience for me. The new location is much closer to home and incredibly welcoming. From the front desk through my appointment, the women on staff were friendly and informative. I couldn't be happier!
