Don't waste your time booking with this place. It took forever to get anyone to respond to try to make an appointment. They finally messaged back and had an appointment schedule for 2 massages for my mother and I. When we arrived at our scheduled time there was not anyone at the desk. Sign saying in session. Waited a very long time and Noone showed up. Left a message with this place to tell them I was unhappy with the booking. Never heard back from anyone. This place is ridiculous. Honestly don't know how they are still open operating their business like they do.

Had a great experience getting a couples massage for our anniversary. The owner is on top of everything and works hard to make things right if needed. We had a couple of minor issues but the owner worked with us quickly and effectively and got us taken care of!

Our experience was incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed it. I submitted an online form, and they swiftly replied to my questions. They accommodated my late appointment request. We sought a peaceful getaway with minimal excursions. In-cabin massages were a standout feature. They preemptively notified me about service potential issues and requested cabin information in advance. The therapists arrived with ample time to prepare. They provided exceptional service. We had no complaints and will book again upon our return. Thank you!

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This place has horrible management. Very unorganized and the opposite of relaxing. We booked an appointment on Friday afternoon. When we arrived at the time I had scheduled, there was nobody in the spa and a note saying that they were in session leaving a number to text for more information. We waited 30 minutes after our appointment time and sent two text messages to the number they left and never got a response. I also tried to call the number and was unable to leave a voicemail, but the mailbox was full. I tried to call again on Saturday - no answer. I had to give them my credit card to secure the appointment so wanted to be sure that I was not going be charged as a no show. I did not receive any communication from them in response to my inquiries. I called again on Monday to ensure they were not going to charge me and they let me know they had my appointment down on Saturday and marked as a no show. They did acknowledge that they won't be charging a no show fee, but that doesn't account for the wasted time and frustration.

I would rate lower if there was an option. We had scheduled massages for 6 people in our cabin and they never showed up. No response to messages. Would not recommend wasting time on this.

Overall okay experience. We booked over a month or so out over the phone but they did not know what all our services entailed when we got there and also did not stay true to the price or the services that were booked. The individuals who provided our massages were overall kind and helpful. But it seems management is messy. I’m disappointed we did not get what we had booked and I feel we’re charged more than initially thought.

Thank you for a wonderful relaxing day. My 5 staff appreciated the entire spa treatment for their appreciation day. Masseur Kevin was wonderful and my staff bragged on his massage techniques all day. He provided the best deep tissue massage that any of us have ever experienced. Great job FLAWLESS WELLNESS DAY SPA. I hope to treat my team to another spa day soon. Marcia- Texarkana

A group of 5 of us went here for my mom’s birthday- and we all loved it!! The massage therapists were all amazing, and VERY professional! The spa was very clean, calming, and housed such a friendly environment. The lady that did our facials was very sweet, and did such a good job! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area! HIGHLY recommend trying them out!!

Came with a group of 5 for my MIL’s 50th birthday. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating from beginning to end. The group did the red light therapy room, massages, and facials. I personally had Kevin for the 50 minute massage, and it was THE BEST massage I’ve had!! For a group that frequents spas all over, we were so impressed!

We had booked an appointment 2 days ahead. When we arrived at our appointment the employee mentioned that the massage therapist was not there and would not be there till later. I called the manager and she said that my appointment was moved to a later time (12 pm). Although I did not get a phone call to let me know. We are here celebrating our 24 year anniversary and had made plans for the whole day. She said that we can move our appointment for 3 pm. So we agreed to come back at 3. Although we had to reschedule some of our other plans we had already booked. But it was do able, sadly we got to the Spa at 230 nobody was in the front office so we sat in the lobby and around 2:45 a gentleman came to us and said that the therapist was not coming in today. I would not recommend this place to anyone as customer service is horrible.

My husband booked a couples massage for our 20 year anniversary. We showed up at the spa and it was locked and closed. He called and they said they “tried to contact us” but they needed to reschedule for an illness. (We did not have any missed calls, messages or texts). They offered to come to our cabin for services. However, they never showed up or called. He sent a text to confirm our appointment and again “they tried to contact us” to cancel due to illness again. Disappointing. Just wish they would’ve have let us know in a reasonable time to schedule with a different place.
