Not kid-friendly!! I scheduled a haircut for my two boys as we are new to the area and were looking to establish a service here because the location works great for us. My kids are used to their old haircut place. I told this to Leah, and she said absolutely nothing back but stared at us. When going to the chair, my little one was scared and crying. As I was trying to negotiate with him, the three staff members just stared at me and clearly looked very annoyed. I walked away to continue trying to work with my child and pump him up, I could hear one of the stylists sarcastically say, "You know, they have children's haircut places. They're great." We waited for about 15 to 20 minutes before being waved over. Very poor customer service.

Zach gave me a haircut and beard trim I desperately needed before custody court and needless to say, I won't be going anywhere else to get my hair or beard done, but with Zach. He has cut my brother for years as well and this place is above and beyond for quality, conversation and environment. Attentive to detail and great work all around with the razor and clippers. Only thing I wish could be different and would be 5 stars, is if they had a payment system for debit cards that would be easier to pay or prepay and tip your barber on. They had an iPad up front so I assumed before my haircut I could pay with my debit card. It wasn't labeled cash or venmo only anywhere in the store and I wasn't told till after the cut how I had to pay. Maybe a heads up or written on the door to save people money or time coming in. My barber said he had venmo to tip/pay but my phone was dead so I had to get cash out. On top of the tip, ATM fee and my debit ATM fee it added another $7.50, plus a $15 tip my hair and beard trim was over $60. Other than that the actual cut was great but the payment methods of the store could use a serious improvement. No complaints with my barber personally or the quality of cut.

Porschia was literally the first barber who followed exactly what I want. I have sort of medium length or longer hair and he made sure to clean up what I asked but keep the same length and not got too short. This was one of the first times I walked away from the chair feeling good about my haircut afterwards right away. The most noticeable difference from other barbers I’ve had is how friendly it is for people with medium/longer hair. Most barbers run it too short because that’s what they are comfortable with, but I would come back and trust porchia with my longer hair style. He didn’t do more than he was asked, and when I noticed something I thought could use more work, he was willing to oblige. Photos feature the post haircut and pre haircut.

This place totally messed up my fiancé's hair and beard. He ended up having to shave his entire facial hair right before our wedding. Very disappointed after hearing and seeing such good reviews about this place. And they also only accept venmo and cash which would have been good to know before going in. Would not recommend this place.

Got my hair cut here 2 weeks ago. A few days ago I noticed my left and right side were totally uneven. My girlfriend cut it and got it more even than Jeremy could. Not impressed for $30.

My 14 yr old son has never liked his haircuts. We decided to try this place and Leah gave him the best cut he has ever gotten! I wasn’t sure about the place because it seems like a adult men’s barber shop and I was concerned about some reviews saying the conversation was inappropriate for kids but I didn’t experience anything like that. They were respectful of the fact kids were there. Seriously best cut ever! Thank you Leah. She knows her craft.

Saved my hair after supercuts messes it up before my trip to Florida. Not only that they got me in at 6 with no appointment. Alex hooked it up and did a great job for a apprentice. Dude it legit and I would ask for him any day of the week! He's in bay 1!
