Made an appointment for a colour and spoke with someone as I had brought my own colour from Canada; they had no record of my appointment and said that they would not use my colour…absolutely ridiculous! Do not recommend!!!!!

I love love my hair cut and color just colored it black but I love it I didn't need to make an appt to get my hair shampoo & cut. First time getting a shampoo in a salon it was nice.

I went in for haircut and was greeted and welcomed immediately. Super nice and friendly staff. It was my first time at this salon and I can say they did a great job on my hair and will definitely recommend them. They are super quick too. I believe my haircut didn’t take more than 25 minutes. My stylist was Ariana and she did amazing in giving my hair a trim and long layers.

They took my daughter in last minute as a walk in. Really good customer service and definitely listen to what my daughter wanted done. Great prices! Will be using them again!

This salon was very friendly & welcoming. The ladies helped me get a haircut and wax (lip, chin, and eyebrow). This is one of the few places I've gone to where they do my eyebrow waxing perfectly. I didn't have to tidy up afterward at home. No wait time on my appointment. Services 5/5! & the prices don't hurt the wallet.

I've been having health problems for a long time, which contributed to a bad case of "depression hair". I had tried and failed several times to take care of it myself. The matted tangles were so bad, I was nearly at the point of chopping off all my hair. A family member, a regular at this salon, recommended I try here before going to such extremes. I'm so happy I followed their advice. Though I felt horribly self-conscious and embarrassed, the staff was very kind to me. Arely is a superhero. She worked on my hair for hours, even past closing. When I looked in the mirror, I almost started crying, because it was like seeing my old self again. I can't say enough good things about this salon, and I highly recommend it. A hundred stars.

It was my first time ever going to a salon , I liked my haircut, but when i tried talking with my stylist, she seems so disinterested and didn't talk to me at all, wish she could of made me more comfortable

Damaris did a great job on my hair We live on the road so getting my hair cut and styled does not happen often, so she had a challenge because of it.

We were able To schedule online (so convenient) and choose our stylist ( we chose Ariana). I love this feature, the ease of scheduling and selecting a stylist was great. My daughter was the client this time, she’s 5 and there was a lot of anticipation to this haircut. Ariana did not disappoint, she was so patient and kind. I will definitely return and definitely recommend this business.

Ariana did an AMAZING job! Razor cut, scissor snips, some edgy color…. and my curly unruly pseudo-fro was transformed into a sassy pixie cut with edgy color. All I can say is, ”Hurry up,and make an appointment at Five-S!” And the fact that the service is super-friendly all around, is an additional plus. Thanks so much.
